Every thing was fine. I don't happen to like the type of lettuce in the salad and the fish and chips fish was really greasy.

Both the side dishes were tepid to cold on arrival.

Had the fish n chips and the three pieces of fish where very small, smaller than I remember. Plenty of fries, but the salad was small and again the wife's veggies had little taste. It almost seemed as we ordered the senior or kids meal.

On this particular visit, I observed one of the waitress's drop a knife, fork and several half and half cups onto the floor. These items were picked up and placed on a table for customer use.

I did not like my entree. I ordered Thanksgiving turkey dinner. I expected white soft bread that would soak up the gravy, a traditional comfort food. it was a coarse whole grain bread that was toasted! So it was completely a disapointment.

My only complaint is that I asked for water, and I had to flag down a employee from the kitchen to bring it. He was prompt with it, but it was about 10 minutes after we were seated. I can not swallow food without drinking 4 oz of water. Plus, I needed to take some Tylenol. This was the only non satisfactory thing that happened. She did serve coffee swiftly. Too hot to swallow pills. Other than that, everything was great.

We ordered the Alaskan Amber Beer Batter Fish and Chips. It tasted great! The problem is the wire mesh basket and flimsy paper the fish is served on. It's a setup for piercing the paper and leaking the food through to the table. In fact, we both ended up having to lift the baskets up to retrieve the part of our meal that ended up on the table under the baskets. I can only imagine what the mess would have been if we had put our ketchup for the fries in the basket, or had our little grandchildren with us. Need to get rid of the wire mesh, or get heavier duty and waterproof paper liners. We assume the tables had been wiped-down prior to our dining, or we sure hope so after scraping the last of our meal off the table before eating it. I'll bet we aren't the first to experience this problem, although we could be the first to report it. Thanks for your attention.

I went there to eat and the food was good but not necessarily great.

The prices are very expensive. The food takes a long time to arrive after the order is placed.

It seems, at times, there is not enough employees to take care of the customers in a timely manner. However, I have seen some employees chatting rather than pay attention to taking care of customers. This does not happen a lot, but it does happen.
