Friendly service, smiles from everyone, had some very delicious pie

Our server Baer was very attentive to our needs and provided substitutes in our order request. It was extremely busy that night but he provided excellent service.

My server, Michael "Baer", was extremely helpful in helping me to find a way to have an extremely nutritious and satisfying meal. He was able to suggest substitutions that fit within the price of the meal that I could afford. Baer was very knowledgeable and assistive. He listened to me and was extremely courteous when he could not meet a request I had. Very, Very professional in all ways and manners. Thank You, Michael "Baer" !!!

We enjoy going to Shari's. We are always met with a smile and our favorite waitress Leslie. The food is good and the people are attentive to our needs. We go there often.

Wonderful time great staff and clean restaurant

Food quality was just "OK", the server was FANTASTIC!

Charmain is our server. She is very well versed in the menu and is an employee that you should really appreciate. Excellent Employee.

Asparagus soup was thin and watery. I wanted to add pie after the check arrived and waited to add and gave up. Service was very good.

My fish was overcooked. The waitress we had, Darian, was amazing. She is the best waitress I've had in a very long time. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a two year old with us and she was terrific with him. She is the reason I will come back.

Very slow service. I am also concerned with the shelf that pulls out next to the cash register stand. This is used to put unboxed pies on while staff gets a box to put it in. The pie sits out in front of people waiting to be seated and waiting to be cashed out. The pies are subjected to the breathing of many in a crowded small area. I would never buy a pie at Shari's after seeing this. This is a very poor design item.
