Speedy customer service, pleasant server, accurate orders, and good food.

The staff is so friendly, feels like one already knows them. We ordered one meal between us and without asking, the waitress separated it on two plates. very nice.

We always get prompt servers. They are usually very prompt and friendly and know the menu very well, giving us info about the food before we order.

Charmayne is always so nice, always a smile and great service.

I LOVE Shari's...I spend part of the year in Arizona, which is wonderful from the point of view of the weather, but horrible in that there is no Shari's for hundreds of miles. A good part of my total satisfaction is because of the terrific service provided by Leslie...I took one of my friends to Shari's, and when I asked the other day if he wanted to have lunch there again, he said "Absolutely, if we can get the same waitress; she was great!" Great food and Leslie; it doesn't get any better than that!

Linda was our server and she was awesome. She always had a smile on her face and made the whole experience a joy.

First, our waitress was fabulous. The wait staff at Shari's is always great. Attentive, friendly and seem to genuinely care that we feel welcomed and that they want us to have a nice dining experience. I also had a chocolate milkshake. Your milkshakes are, by far, the best! I am getting hungry and yearning to go back right now, thinking about the great milkshake and burger I had, and often will have. But, no matter what, as busy as your restaurants can be, and as busy as one can observe the wait staff to be, they are ALWAYS friendly and upbeat. It makes one always want to return. I always compare this type of great service to that Nordstrom service we all experience that makes Nordstroms stores such a success. One can tell, giving the customer exceptional service and good food makes Shari's a success, too.

Because of a storm they had just got their power back earlier this am and were short handed. Everything was great.

Service was prompt and helpful. Server paid attention to detail and came back often to inquire about our needs and satisfaction with the meal. Food presentation was excellent and food was cooked to perfection. We were quite pleased with the whole experience.
