Merrily was very attentive, knowledgeable and funny her recommendations were great and she made the day

Food arrived very quickly, split-pea soup was very good

Waitress was very timely and attentive. Food was well prepared and hot meaning it did not sit on the warming table. Presentation was excellent and soda and coffee refills were timely. Waitress invested time to insure we were satisfied.

Katie at Port orchard is the best, she always knows how to take care of me.

I was taken care of with a very personable waitperson, Leslie who asked if the seat was adequate, obrained my drink order and then Christine took over and told me there were items not available for ordering on the menu and that I arrived after the breaksfast price break and was certain I was all right with the change in price (note to leadership-you might want to make certain the menu reflects this boldly on the menu). My order cqame quickly and was correct. Checked on frequently and as a result I bought a pie to take to work tomorrow.

It is always a pleasant experience at this particular Shari’s. The service is always friendly and the server friendly and helpful. Thank you to Cindy for her patience and kindness in helping me with my order.

Our waitress was very attentive to each item we ordered, namely when I asked for ranch instead of marinara for my mozzarella sticks, which no other server has remembered to do it before, so it was really nice that she paid attention to me

We love the coffee and the food is usually very good. The waitress Merilee is highly motivated and friendly and is attentive to our requests for item needed.
