Shari's

The greatest reason for my satisfaction with this visit was my waiter, Baer. His attentiveness, attitude, and overall dedication to excellent customer service made this one of the most enjoyable visits to this restaurant I've ever experienced. I decided to stop by on a whim to get a bite to eat and a cup of coffee, and left with a wide smile on my face and a desire to return again soon. I believe that Baer is of management quality, and deserves to move up in this company. He turned what was a common stop for coffee into what I hope is the first of many extraordinary visits to this location.

The sever was very friendly(Merrily) & did a very good job doing her work.

Our server was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable, very experienced and very friendly. She mentioned that she was going to an overnight shift, and we were disappointed because we probably would not have her for a server again.

I was highly satisfied because the server, Charmaine, is the best!!! Every time my family and I go to Sharis, we always ask for her now. We have had other servers before, but they were not friendly and didn't have as much knowledge about the food as Charmaine does. She is always smiling, friendly, and attentive to ensuring customer satisfaction. She deserves a raise! :-)

My spinach omlette was delicious and hot, however my hash browns were barely warm. My husband's eggs were undercooked and cold; his hash browns were barely warm. He is a diabetic and needed to eat; the waitress was busy, so we were unable to send his meal back to the kitchen as soon as we should have. He had eaten one cold egg before the waitress asked how things were. She reheated the remainder of his meal. It was not our best Shari's experience, but it was our first "just okay" visit to Shari's. We will return to the Port Orchard Shari's because the waitresses are great and the food is usually very good and hot.

Merrilee is very friendly. We were greated and welcomed quickly. Seated right away. Our orders arrived correct and warm.

I can't say enough about the service, with Nicolle the service is always excellent, and she always has a smile. The service is one of the main reasons I always return every week.
