Nicole, our server, did an excellent job, brought the drinks quickly, the food and kept our coffee hot. She did a great job. We are almost always pleased with the food and service at this store.

Very good customer service, speedy and freindly

Lesli our server was great and very attentive. The wrong eggs were brought out with my order; however, in no less then a minute she had it corrected. Her and the rest of the staff in Port Orchard are the reason we continue to come back almost weekly.

We had a major spill that the server helped clean up.

Wow, Leslie is the example of true customer service. Something you don't find much any more. We feel like family here. Of the many Sharis we have been to the port orchard Sharis is what the company needs to train there other stores to be just like. We were visited by Brenda the manager, her positive bubly energetic attitude is amazing. She actually talks to her customers like they are people. Refreshing. We didn't get to see val or the rest of the crew this time who are just as amazing. Thank you everyone. Keep doing what you are doing! It's just right and we love it.

My girlfriend and I were seated immediately and out order was received quite quickly.

Always varied menu choices, good food, fair price, and comfortable atmosphere.

During our visit to Shari's Leslie was our waitresses. She was very attentive and friendly. Great attitude :) thanks for the great experience. We will be coming back for the pie she wanted us to eat hahaha
