Shari's

The particular pie (slice) I had intended to order was found to be unavailable and my server Merrily, was quick to suggest another. Though I do like the banana creme pie, the Banana split pie was a very good choice and I am likely to have it again. Her quick thinking, probing questions and knowledge of the product certainly saved my experience tonight. Thank you, Merrily!

Always friendly and yummy!

On a very dismal early morning drive to SEATAC Airport, we stopped at the Port Orchard Shari's for breakfast around 3 AM. Our server, Merrily, was absolutely wonderful! She had several other customers come in right after we did and she not only took care of everyone quickly, but made us all feel like we were the most special customers on Earth! Her cheeriness and good nature brightened the place. Of all the dining places we've been throughout the country, Merrily ranks as one of the very best servers we've ever had. We've found over the years that the quality of service can make or break the quality of the food. The food was already better than other Shari's we've been to (which has always been good, which is why we stop at Shari's when we are in the Washington area). Merrily's service, conversation and personality enhanced even the flavor of the food. Our morning went from dismal (which happens when you know know you're going to be apart for a while) to enjoyable during our visit to the Port Orchard Shari's.

Waitress was friendly, efficient, and helpful. the food was very good as we expected from our previous visits to this Sharis, Our change requests to the menu items (such as no cucumbers on the salad) were correctly done. We enjoyed our evening out!

Our Waitress, Sonia, always goes that extra mile to ensure that we leave satified.

The staff here are great. They are really nice and very patient. Plus the atmosphere is great and friendly

Good food and great service!

Waitress was knowledgeable of the menu items, polite, friendly, pleasant and efficient. Food was good, well prepared and presented.

Server, Sonia-8 (295835) was fantastic. The special that night was prime rib, and she enthusiastically/correctly led us through what we could expect if we ordered, as well as the sides available. We weren't disappointed. Sonia also detailed the desert menu (which we ordered from). The restaurant was crowded and noisy the Friday night prior to the Memorial Day Weekend. We were made to feel that we were the only ones there.

Leslie, Nicole and Charmaine are the best of the best service personnel. They are quick, attentive and just all around nice people. We keep going back to Sharis because of them + the food is tasty and reasonably priced.
