This is a local place and you get to know everyone and they are friendly

Charmaine always gives excellent customer service. She remembers our preferences for beverages, and checks to see if we want "the usual", or would like to try something new. My 2-egg shrimp omelet was particularly good and the fresh fruit (instead of hash browns) was delicious. We look forward to Saturday breakfast with the great staff at Sharis!

The crew makes you want to keep coming back. The food is always top notch. The managers always his a warm smile and always checking on us shows how the entire staff truly cares we are there. Thanks for the wonderful service as always.

I have been coming to this Shari's for quite a while. A lot of the staff know me and call me by name; those that don't are very friendly as well. I am acknowledged quickly, seated quickly, my order is taken quickly; most of the waitresses know what I like already, but ask me if there are any changes. Sometimes I am in kind of a hurry to be somewhere, so all of the above helps me get where I want to go one time. The order is always cooked well and correctly. So bottom line, the staff/service is great, and the food looks and tastes good.

Leslie was perfect. Being first timers into the Port Orchard store, she enrolled us in the Shari's Cafe Club and was very, very nice. Thanks Leslie for a great first time experience.

Everything was just exactly what I wanted and tasted better than expected and my waitress was great!!
