I enjoy the friendly staff. Especially, our favorite server, Sonia. Val and Brenda, the managers, always say hi if they pass by our table and ask how we are. We are among a group of regulars that may not speak to each other regularly, but we recognize each other with a smile and a nod.

accurate order , great service as Cynth-9 continually refilled my beverage and even gave me one to go. Only negative I can say is that the table did not look like it had been wiped off as I saw drink rings at another part of the table from where I was sitting.

the food and service were all anyone could ask for. the wife and i were both filled to the brim, and we look forward to our next visit.

I was very satisfied with the attitude of our waitress Marisa and how friendly she was given how late it was and how many people were in my party, she made our diner just that much better with her jokes and attentiveness to us all.

Charmaine, our server, is so very kind and attentive. She is one of the reasons we came back here to eat this week after coming for the first time in years last Sunday.

Our waitress, Charmane was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped us obtain the meal we wanted, which was no longer on the menu...a meat lovers skillet. Our hostess, Heidi was very nice and had us seated promptly and had us checked out with a smile. Thanks to both of them.

Charmaine always takes care of us every time we are there. She knows what we like as an appetizer and also what we like to drink.

We go to the Shari's in Port Orchard, WA. We have a waitress name Charmaine that we have every time we go there. She is so wonderful, kind and has a great attitude. She tell us about different things that are for that day and suggest trying them. We have tried some of them and she made a good call on trying them. We have gone there at night and the night staff can be very rude to the guest. Thanks Dave & Belinda Reed.
