Shari's

Sonya is the best server ever! She is delightful, professional, courteous and kind. The entire staff at Shari's is A #1. Our family is always satisfied when we visit. The food selection is great. Please consider bringing back Lobster bisque. Anyways, way to go Sonya and special thanks to the manager.

What I really like is the friendliness of the staff. They all seem to go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable.

The server, Sharon, provided excellent service as she remembered our names and orders. She is attentive and genuinely cares about how we are doing.

My server Sharon was super attentive, taking care of the needs of my party with cheerfulness and precision. My son in law asked for a pitcher of soda, as he drinks a lot of soda quickly. As a former waitress, I balked at this request, but Sharon delivered a pitcher of soda with a smile. Every team member that passed our table smiled at us and greeted us, managers, other servers, and even the bussers and dishwashers. Joy came to our table with beverage refills, and asked if we needed anything, as the restaurant was packed and she was concerned that we had not received excellent service. I frequent 4 star restaurants on a regular basis, and the service I received on this visit was better than the supposed fine dining experience. Kudos to a great team!!

Our waitress Charmaine really makes everything nice for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable, has great suggestions, knows what we like and makes sure the kitchen and cooks get it right. She is amazing and a great asset to your business.

We were greeted like friends, seated quickly, our order was taken in a timely manner. Our server even adjusted the sun shade.
