Shari's

My food order was taken and arrived at my table correctly, an issue in the past it had not been, it was hot and ready to go. Was very tasty and I did enjoy it. I would like to bring up an issue that I did have and that is the staff discussing about why they are late and why they don't get the shifts where they might make the most tips. I realize they were behind a partial wall and not out in the Public area, but the voices carry over that wall. Might want to save those talks for the break area.

My waitress, Sharon, was wonderful in her customer service and speed not only with me but also with the diners around me. I always have an outstanding experience when she is my waitress here!

Sharon, #354706, greeted us right away, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and served us well. She did not 'hover', nor leave us too long before asking if each aspect of dinner was OK, or if we needed anything. Her interest in our enjoyable experience there continued through the evening and our checkout. As 2 of us waited in the entry area for 1 in the restroom, she came to see if everything was alright, or if we needed anything.

I had a great time with great friends, lots of laughs, great service and great food, Melissa was amazing and alway had a smile on her face and provided us with a warm welcoming environment. I believe she exemplifies what shari's is about.

Clean, friendly, cheery, great food and atmosphere

Nicole was our server. We've had her before and again she was very friendly, fast, and efficient. For the food, I had the Meat Lover's Frittata and it was the most flavorful, best tasting meal I've ever had at Shari's. There was a smokiness to it--probably in the ham and bacon--that really added to the dish. It's a great addition to the menu. My wife ordered Eggs Benedict, which she liked, but she said she misses the old Eggs Benedict Scramble which also came with Hollandaise Sauce. She liked that old dish better but apparently it's off the menu.
