Merrily was amazing! Always a blessing having her!

My daughter has digestive issues and therefore only ordered a strawberry banana smoothie for breakfast. When it came and it wasn't to her liking (she's extra picky), one very nice server came by and brought my daughter a complentary bowl of ice cream to eat while our actual server was busy getting a new smoothie made. What struck me though, is how the other server came by and listened to the issue and understood the notion that my daughter has trouble digesting most solid foods, and she reacted in a way that was both business savvy and incredibly heartfelt. The only thing I regret is not knowing that wonderful server's name, because honestly, she deserves a raise.

I usually come in to the Port Orchard Shari's about 2 times a week and a lot of the times Charmaine is my server. Not only is she very knowledgeable with the menu she always makes me comfortable with her friendly smile. I will continue to come in for breakfast for the good food and the great atmosphere.

Port Orchard Sharis always appears clean and is warm, bright & inviting.

The prime rib was exactly as we had ordered it. The flavor was more than I expected.

Because of Charmaine, she has served me for the past 7 years and port orchard sharis is lucky to have such an outstanding server like Charmaine. She has always greeted me with a kind word and a smile. she has coffee at my table right away always makes sure my food is done right and has it to me in a timely manner. charmaine makes sure I have everything I need and checks on me often to assure everything is good. She is the reason I keep comeing back to the Port Orchard Sharis, and shoukd be rewarded for her excellent service.
