Shari's

Valerie was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu, she was very friendly, the feared came quickly and tasted wonderful. We appreciate it servers kindness and knowledge about the Shari's experience

In addition to well made comfort foods...the staff is pleasant. Charmaine (not sure about spelling) was awesome...constant smile.

I have been to the Shari's in Port Orchard many times especially at night and Merrily really makes the experience fun and enjoyable, she is knowledgeable and will always have your food made any way you want it!

Shari's was a good visit. We were waiting for the Air Porter and the service was quick and kindly. The waitress was very kind. There was a mix up in one of the dishes and she fixed it right away.

the vibe of this sharis has always been more like that of a "corner café" The manager, (Valerie I think?), always greets us like she has known us her whole life, and comes around to check on us several times. Not to bother us, but more like that of your favorite aunt who just cooked up a big dinner, and wants to make sure you are enjoying it. lets us know of any special deserts, which we always get- love the peach and berry pies- ala mode. Our servers are 99% right on it- must be the training they get- hats of to the managers. Most of the time, service is the first thing to go, always have water/coffee. This visit we had Susanne. I don't even know how she did it- water was always full and I don't even remember seeing her. AWESOME. Somebody from corp needs to send out a huge "atta boy" to Valerie and her team. Just a suggestion on your "café club"- when a customer registers, and picks a location, why not have a picture/address of that location? I would rather see that, then a picture/address of the corp office shari's. I will be back

It is a fun and happy place

This Sharis is always clean, pleasant and we enjoy dining here. Our breakfast is always served at the right temperature and the staff does a fabulous job. Even when very busy they work hard to take care of everyone, including the guests just arriving to be served in a timely manner.

The food is good and the service is excellent. We greatly value the service provided by "295205 Charm-5". We ask to sit in her section on every visit.
