Shari's

Ashley is always very friendly and attentive. She always checks with us to make sure we have everything we need. The food was served hot and speedy with all condiments considered. This is our favorite Shari's and we love to come in as a family on Wednesdays for free pie night and we sit at the big table and really feel like home. Great family dinner night!

It was really busy but the staff kept up with a great attitude. My server 51822 Diane was very nice and made our experience a good one.

I really like the pies. I get very good service. I like the swing shift servers.

Diana is great!! I walk in say “usual” and food arrives within 5 morning minutes. Diana is also a great team leader and has a ton of experience and knowledge. I can tell the other girl’s look up to her. Overall great place and people!! Steve C. Troutdale,Oregon

I was NOT highly satisfied! I was only satisfied with the food, it is always good. We waited in line for over 15 minutes to get a seat, along with several other parties. There were also people waiting at the register to pay for this same amount of time. Several employees walked past us in line and at the register MULTIPLE times and never looked at any of us or spoke one word to any of us. About 18 minutes later, a waitress took payment from 2 parties. After that, the manager on duty showed up from somewhere in the back and briskly seated 3 parties, not speaking to any of us, acknowledging us, apologizing for the wait... NOTHING. All of us were just stuck there, wanting to eat, there's nothing else around - it's a travel stop in the middle of nothing, and it was very cold and snow/ice outside... we were a captive audience.... and the manager treated us all like that. I would have left, but the only other food at that exit is fast food, which we do not eat. It was also 12/22 and we were on the road to family for Xmas, and lost a lot of daylight and driving time in inclement weather... I am NOT satisfied or happy with this Shari's!!! Except the food was still good.
