Debbie the manager was extremely rude! Didn’t make us feel welcomed and was very short with us. Never again will we go back.

Our waitress was very inattentive. We waited 10 minutes before she came over to our table. She said she didn't know that someone had seated us there but didn't apologize . We waited 17 minutes after we were done eating before she asked us what kind of pie we wanted. 10 minutes later she came back with the pie but no check. We waited another 8 minutes before going up to tbe cashier and paying for our meals. I had to ask for a receipt. I know that sometimes they are busy but this was later in the evening and she didn't have many tables. This is the first time i have complained but i think it is important. She never did bring us water. We love your establishment and will continue to go there but please see what you can do about this waitress. Thank you for listening.

I did not receive all my order. I ordered online and it was very tiny portions and the biscuits and the waffle was hard. The food was cold and I ordered peanut butter pie and received chocolate.

My meal was not what i ordered when we told the server she took it back than brought half of my meal back to me minus the portion that was wrong. I asked her if i could have a whole new plate prepared the right way she said i told the cook that and he wasn't happy!?!? We were paying for what i ordered not what the cook said i should be happy with. My husband ordered his steak medium rare it was blood rare but he was hungry so he ate some and brought the rest home to cook himself!!! We ordered the apple cannoli wasn't told it was a pancake!!!! We ordered ONE and got TWO and was charged for TWO!!!

We were seated by the host who was attentive. He immediately asked my friend and I what we wanted to drink. She asked for hot cocoa and I said I needed to look at the menu. It took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come over and she was highly upset he got a drink for my friend. She then stood at her drink station with another waitress and complained about customers complaining to her and how they were in the wrong. She was extremely short with my friend and I the entire time and every time we asked a question her immediate answer was either "no" or "we don't have that" she acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. Our food was extremely overcooked and had little to no flavor. We ate about 3 bites of our dinner then left. Service and food was not up to standards. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here.

The eggs were overcooked and cold. The hash browns and bacon were cold. The french toast was not soaked in egg batter, it was plain bread throughout, except the very surface, and cold. The edges were crunchy. The server was great, but it took a long time to get our food. I kept the over cooked eggs and cold hash browns,good thing I did, because when I sent the french toast back to trade for pancakes, it took over 30 minutes to get them. When I went to check out, I had forgotten to use my Sharis coupon, and the cashier refused to void the transaction to make it right. She rudely shoved the receipt in my face (it felt like) and abruptly said "SIGN!" We are regular customers there and should have been treated with some respect. I don't think we will be frequenting this restaurant any more. That is sad because it is close to home. Denny's is building a restaurant across the street. I think this will be our new breakfast spot.

The hostess was extremely rude, the person who took my order didnt listen, was pushy and rude. We got the wrong food. Completely wrong. Spent $40 and both entrees were wrong.

Good took more than 30 min to arrive. Our server Cheyenne didn't give one of us our smoothies and was very disrespectful and rude about the situation. When we finally asked for it food was already eaten and we heard her ask for it made them. Then the manager came over and basically said "oh well" and walked off.

Ordered salmon from the senior menu with rice pilof, which I have ordered before and enjoyed. The rice was terrible - inedible. Told the server and she took it back to the cook/chef. She later reported that he agreed and had thrown the whole batch out. I was offered another side, but by then I was finished with the salmon and veggies. I was not offered a price adjustment. Before this I had been to the same store and had terrible service - twice. I will not go back and I am telling everyone I know not to go there.

the watier did not any thing about how to help us oder or the prices. he was slow at doing any thing of his job. the food was cold not cooked to order and not friendly at all ...
