When we walked into this FAMILY restaurant - We heard the hostess cursing at another employees - NOT THE WAY I WANT TO START MY MEAL. There was dirty silverware on the table, there was a jar on the table when we mentioned it to our server she said "oh, that is what we serve our soup in" it was also dirty AND left on our table the whole meal - On one order (roast beef - there was one LITTLE pc of meat and uneatable gravy that was cold.

I took my daughter out for a special breakfast before school. I felt judged that I wanted to pay when our breakfast was delivered so she could get to school on time. Additionally, the french toast was not cooked all of they way. The egg int he middle was uncooked. It is not often, actually hardly ever that I go to breakfast. So as one can see, this would be quite frustrating.

We arrived at a busy time and expected a bit of a wait, but did not expect to be treated rudely. We were completely ignored for several minutes, even though there were two people at cash registers out front. Finally, a waitress came up to check the clipboard with names of waiting customers and I asked I could add our names. She smiled and asked by name, but we were interrupted by a woman whom I think was a manager. She snapped: "It's going to be awhile!" After giving my name to the waitress, I let the other woman know I thought her interruption has been quite rude and unneccesary. I was ignored. Our wait was actually very quick and the rest of our visit was pleasant, except for the dirty bathroom.

$7.34 for an order of biscuits and gravy is insane to begin with. I will be going back to just getting biscuits and gravy that is better by far for only $2.99 at the mini mart by my house before work. They truly were awful. The biscuits were one of the driest and hardest bread substance I have ever eaten in my life. Lastly, an additional $0.79 for that petty little sprinkle of shredded cheese? Absolute robbery.

Dried up cinnimon roll!! Bitter coffee!! Not worththe mcost!! Cost of coffee, extreem!!

I ordered my steak burnt they brought me a pink steak that took almost an hour to bring then took another 10 min before they came back to get it I understand they where very busy but if somone asks for a burnt steak you should give them what they orderd I shouldn't have to wait almost and hour to pay 15 for a small un seasond un cooked steak

COLD FOOD!!!

I had the hot turkey sandwich and I think it was the worst I've had in years. No turkey gravy, just a plain brown gravy. Not enough turkey and the onions were absolutely terrible.

The hole thing cold strawberrs on hot pancakes fish greasey salt fries nasty would not properly off set our bill to much for a midnight snack wished I had stayed at home just a hassel

I have been to this location many times and this day it was awful. The cheese sticks were over cooked the pancakes were cold and tasted old. The salad was limp and old. The drinks were late getting to us. The manager was horrible and rude. I paid with a gift card and a credit card and they messed up the transaction then took us over 15 minutes to check out. When I complained the manager was very rude. They could have offered to make it right but didn't. They were rude and rolling their eyes to customers behind me because they were taking to long processing my payment. I deserved an apology instead of snide comments and rolled eyes. It was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant
