Our waitress was well attending toward customers checked on them 3 times that I watched and never checked on us once until we asked for boxes and the check. The restaurant was very slow with less than a 1/3 yet she seemed to not care if we were there or not, perhaps we appeared that we would not tip her like the senior citizens she fondled over. I am a very genours tipper, usually 30% my sisters were waitress so I know how it wore on them. We are regulars and this is the only time we have had this problem. Usually it is full and we were taken care of 100% better, so when there is less than half I can not belive the service received.

Every time I go in this place the greeter who is usually 55+ years old has a very displeasing attitude toward customers who are younger than 50. They look as though they are annoyed by the fact that I am there wanting service. Yet are very polite and cordial to the overwhelming elderly population that is in and out. I find the place very unfriendly and unwelcoming to say the least.

There was a fight or disagreement between waitress and it showed in the speed of service and the way we were treated like the waitress was doing us a huge favor. One other thing management should know is a older couple came in as we were paying. Not 10 minutes later we saw them at Fredy's right across the street. We ask did we just not see you at Sharis. They said yes but we left because they would not seat us I believe to quote the they said screw them never going back. I have work customer service jobs you never want a customer to say that. As for the food it was over cooked and cooled off a lot by the time it got to us. It was obvious that the two gals working that night should not ever work together EVER again. Have had many good meals at this outlet. We will go back but will never put up with that type of service or food quality again. I will leave. I do not send bad meals back to try again. I leave. And go somewhere elsneed to fix this before Denneys opens across the streets and I have more options.

Where was the manager on duty and why would they allow this to happen? We were setted and I could hear 2 very different music playing. Listened longer and the cooks had Mexican music playing very loudly, drowning out the Christmas music playing on the pa system. I asked our server why this was being allowed. She said oh the cooks music, I said yeah. Then she said do want me to have them turn it did ? And again I said yes. Didn't apologize or make excuses. Then after they turned it down, the cook came out and was complaining to another employee very loudly in Spanish about working there. What???? As we were leaving they turned their music back up. I was completly appalled😦 The temperature in the establishment was cold.

Our server was very depressing. She talked about her tips and how much he not making. Maybe that why she wasn't getting very many tips. Manager made sure we got our food and made sure we were being taken care off. The other server was also really nice. The cook did really good. Looked like that manager was helping him out back there when we were checking out . Everything was really good. Just don't think our server should have been talking about their tips like that in front of everyone. Should focus making their guest happy.

Denver omelet was dry and tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for a long time. I did not bring this to the servers attention, but just looking at it should have been notice enough.

We were seated fine. The waiter took our order fine, & asked if we wanted coffee. We waited at least 5min & another waitress brought our coffee. We waited at least another 20 min for our food. We started to eat, mine was fine, but my wife's was almost cold, just a touch of warmth, I know because I tried it. We stopped our waitress & told her it was cold. She offered to make a new one but we did not have time to wait for the slow cook to make it. The restaurant was only about 1/2 full, & there was plenty of help. We eat there about 2-3 times a year & have had a good each time. I do not know what happened this time, but it was not good. Thank you

Please bring back potato soup each weekday. I went specifically for the potato soap only to be told that it was now only available on Monday and Saturday. This is a good seller and its very good. Please reconsider.

Our server was pretty mean and rude. She came back smelling like marijuana. Our food was good, and a little cold.

The place smells bad, the bathroom was filthy and you can see gross build up on the doors, where you grab to open and seats.
