We were greeted by Debbie with a scowl and hurump. Like what are you doing here can not you see we are busy? We were told that there would be quite a wait when we could see over a dozen empty tables. later we were told by our waitress Wanda that the new Uber was taking a rush over seated guests and that they were slamed due to that. Made us feel less than, along with waiting for a table, it took a seeming long time to get our order. The Men's bathroom needed attention as well. Our waitress Wanda was very nice to us. Being greeted initially with a scowl did not make us feel welcome.

The order were wrong that came on the plates. When we told the waiter, he was unable to give us the food that we ordered. Sharis ran out of the special of prime rib and bake potatoes and were charging extra for the loaded mashed potatoes. The waiter tried his best to address the issues but the problem came from the kitchen.

I was with a group of 6 people. Three of orders served were cold. Four of the people orders were wrong. I got the wrong dressing and I ordered vegetables and got mashed potatoes. One of my friends ordered fruit and did not get it. Another ordered rice and got vegetables, and another ordered the mashed potatoes and got vegetables. I blame the cooks for this mess up in the orders and I could tell the waiter got flustered at all the mistakes.

When I placed my order asking for loaded baked potato; which they were out (at 7PM). I then changed my order to mashed potatoes "loaded" did not receive the loaded part, which I was willing to pay extra for, the food was cold and needed to be reheated. The worst food I have ever gotten at Shari's

They were out of the advertised Friday special of prime rib, and then they were out baked potatoes and it was only 6:30 pm and it is advertised available from 4-10pm. Matt the waiter was overwhelmed because our party of eight was paying separately and he made several mistakes with our orders. When the food arrived it was cold. I ordered the turkey burger with fruit and also wanted to sweet potato fries. He thought I want the sweet potato fries instead of the fruit. I got coffee and was never asked if I wanted a refill. The cold food was the kitchens fault and several people at my table has to send their food back to be warmed up. My turkey burger was tasteless and dry as well. I was disappointed with price I paid and will probably not return to this Shari's.

We have had way too much waiting time at most of the Shari’s we have visited. Just when you think you’ve found a good one, the next time it’s bad. It seems they never have enough wait people during lunch and the ones who are ther are running all over. On top of that.....the waitress has to make our lunch when we order the triple deal. We really like Shari’s but it is usually such a drug out affair.

The food quality is low, we have been loyal members for the last few years and the quality of food is getting lower and lower. I had avacado slices for one of my breakfast items and they weren't ripe at all, and my french toast was way under cooked. It makes us not want to come back but the manager Gloria is really nice.

Asked our waiter different questions about the menu and she had to check with someone else. As I was cutting into my steak I found a hair. Brought it to the waiters attention which she apologized for and took the plate. Came back and asked if I wanted another plate in which I said yes. Had to wait for my order in which case everybody else in my party had already finished. In other restaurants, if there is a problem with the order a manager or the waiter will apologize again and offer to take the charge off or offer a free dessert but this did not happen at Sharis. When the bill was being paid for a lady did ask if everything was ok. Answer to her question was no as a hair had been on the food. The comment went in one ear and out the other.

Steak was not cooked to order, actually was cooked to long. Bought three pieces of pie, to go, not to many I believe. Last piece on bottom of bag was chocolate, not peanut butter chocolate silk. We try to trust that staff are attentive but apparently they are not. Management must be poor , resulting in wait staff having to many tables or something.

It took too long to get our food. The group I was with had plans later in the evening.
