The Decaf coffee in the carafe was not very hot.

My grandfather actually paid for all of us. The customer service was great; the food was good, but not spectacular

The service was fantastic! Our server was friendly, personable, and extremely helpful! At many restaurants I've been to after the server brings the food it's hard to find them after for refills or whatever else we may need, but at Shari's our server was always there and made us feel at home. I did not particularly enjoy my food, nor did a few others in my party, but overall it was a pleasant dining experience! (The reason I'm not likely to recommend it is because I live in Ohio and I don't believe we have a Shari's there)

The taste of the food is very boring and bland. Temperature was luke warm. Portions for price is not a good value. The Server Tylea is outstanding and is the main reason we come to this Shari's.

Value for what you get. Food is bland and portions are small for the price. Compared to other similar restaurants do not think your value is there.

My husband ordered an omelet, the omelet was overcooked. The edges were close to black. He said there was no flavor except for the singed egg. I told him to send it back but he said he didn't want to cause a problem.

The BLT was good but not hot. The salad was wilted and the cucumber was mushy. The hot wings temp wasn't hot. The waitress and host were great and quick.

It took over 30 minutes for food to arrive after we ordered it. This was not the first time, but it will be the last.

The order took a ridiculously long time to fill. I ordered my onions sautéed, and despite the long wait, half of the onions on the sandwich were grilled and half were essentially raw. Overall, the sandwiches were good, although the bun on my special turkey sandwich got rather soggy. I don't know if it was related to the delay in getting our order or if it was just the nature of that sandwich. Perhaps the bun might have been grilled to not be as soggy.
