A few menu items weren't available, and it took a long time to find that out. When we were seated, the associates didn't have a happy demeanor until the manager spoke to a few of them away from the customers. We had asked for straws and the associate forgot that detail, and came back to verify what we ordered for the pie. The associates in general were slamming around the silverware and lightly tossing the dishes at the stations amongst the customers.

Way too cold in the restaurant have to wear a sweater each time even in the hot heat also when they bus the tables where are they stack the glasses they are banging on the glass is so hard that it's very irritating basically they rattled the dishes so much and they're staging area that is really irritating but the quality of the food is very good would like to see an expanded senior citizen menu though

Not based on this experience but we typically eat breakfast at Sharis at least once per week. We noticed on the new menu that the breakfast is very limited, doesn't have the items we typically order, and lastly there is not a senior menu. Our senior group would always meet for breakfast but we won't be able to afford it any longer since you took the senior discount away.

Sharis always has great food. More often than not the wait to be waited on or served the food is longer than normal and the staff is not very attentive to the customers they always say they are short staffed

We had a great waitress. I thought the manager was a bit tired because it had been 'pie night.' She seemed a little grumpy. Food was fine as always.

I really wasn't dissatisfied with any of it. It did take a bit longer to get the food but nothing in excess.

I placed a phone order. The staff was friendly but they didn't get my order correct. I ordered a whole sandwhich and only received a half. Also said 3 times that I didn't want tomato and still received it on my sandwhich.

Order the Spinach Cobb Avocado Salad. No avocado and 1 tomato, 1 small wedge (1/8) egg and 1 cucumber slice.

I needed some more water and the server didn't return to check

We were mostly satisfied. Service was good, food was good. Very friendly staff. Kinda slow receiving our food however even though they didn't seem that busy when we first arrived. There was a huge unrepaired rip in the seat of the booth where we were seated. Upkeep & appearance DO matter.
