The waitress service was very slow. It took a long time to get our food. My omelette wasn’t real tasty and the decaf coffee was bitter and not very hot.

you offer only one type of jam there is a lot of people that cant eat anything with seeds

Food and service was excellent. Salad needed work one cherry tomato one piece of cucumber and lettuce. I will do it again.

One waitress was busy clearing tables and there was no other employee visable anywhere (except cooks I the kitchen and even when someone finally showed up they took the people waiting to pay before seating us.

I ordered medium/rare steak it was red in middle but wasn't even any juice under steak when I cut it and was tough. Liked everything else on plate. Tasted fine just dry

I like hot food and hot syrup. Food was cold and syrup was cold

The restaurant was not full. I'm 54 was having dinner and serious conversation with my dad (81) about health issues relating to my mom. We are in a back (3/4 walled in) area with one other table of "older" ladies. Again - 80% of the restaurant is empty. They seat a young couple with 2 SCREAMING children at a table next to us. The kids were screaming as they came into the restaurant - and seldom stopped. The older ladies leave and we are right behind them. As I'm waiting to pay I look around the restaurant. A different side room that has a closing door, has NO ONE in it. At the back of the restaurant NO ONE was seated. 1/2 way back there were a couple tables with guests. WITH THE RESTAURANT ALMOST EMPTY - Why seat a scream kid next to teo table of people OBVIOUSLY talking and having a conversation? I just do not get it. If the restaurant was 1/2 or 3/4 full - okay. NOT when you are 80% empty.

Was told that the loaded baked potato soup is now only available on Mondays. Is this something new? That is the reason I love going to Sharis! The salad .. field greens .. grass .. Yuck! What ever happened to GREEN ICEBERG LETTUCE?

Slow order taking. Long wait for food. Waitress in too big of a hurry.
