Although our order was taken in a speedy manner, it took a very long time for the food to be delivered. When it was finally delivered, all the food was cold. There were four of us. Our assumption is that the food sat on the shelf without being brought to our table. Plus, one person did not get his potatoes. He asked for a replacement order of toast (hot, please) but didn't get it until we were ready to leave. Another person asked for dry toast, but it was buttered. We were starving, so we ate the cold food. I told the guy at the cash register that we were disappointed about the cold food. His response? Well, with just two chefs and trying to time all four orders, this happens. Pitiful customer service. So, it apparently was our fault that there were four of us causing undue hardship for the restaurant staff. Hmmm. Good thing is that we normally get great service at this Shari's. I hope this was just an off day for them.

Took 15 minutes before they took our order. Took half hour to get our food then not everything we ordered came. Asked for rest of order and we never got it. Ordered a Bavarian burger.. Fries were cold. Burger overcooked, dry, and meat was cold bit it came on a hot bun. Ordered chicken fried steak stuffed hash brown platter as is on menue and got charged another 1.99 for stuffed hashbrown. Never got french toast that came with hashbrown platter even after asking for it. Waiter stated we wouldn't get charged for our drinks because of having to wait so long, yet we were charged 2.69 each. Ordered a whole pie to take home and waiter said he didnt think he could do that. Said he would check and never did. We never got a pie. Very very disgusted with this service. Even if busy, shouldnt overcharge, shouldnt charge for what we didnt get, and shouldnt promise not to charge for something then charge anyway..

Our server never greeted us or brought us waters. She took our orders sent someone else out w/ the food (they messed up the order) & then she set the check on the table & walked away.

Our waitress seemed to have to many tables to take care of. She brought us or coffee another lady brought us our food. She was to busy to check on us , she gave us our bill . We didn't feel very welcome , and will not be back to this Sharis.

We got here and the hostess couldn't seem to understand what her job was so she just stood there looking around. Then when we were seated it to ten minutes to see the waitress. Then after she took our order it took 45 min before we told the waitress that we had to go. She said that our food hadn't even been made yet. Then it took another 15 min before we could go.

Waited over half an hour for food after order placed. Pepper would not come out of two different shakers, ketchup so low we could only get squirts. Took 10 min. to get horseradish for friends prime. Food was puke warm. Waiter had only 5 tables of 1 or 2 at each yet ended up at different times appologising to each one for one thing and another. When we spoke to the nice lady while paying bill she did say sorry it was so bad and then SAID waiter was not feeling well. He should not have been working then. We got cold food but he took time to have a nice conversation with one of the employees and her boyfriend.

Our server, Jay, was terrible. I hope that was his name, he was a younger black man with a beard. He was not wearing a name tag. He started by walking away from our table as my husband was still ordering. He never offered to refill my water or ask if I had decided on another drink. He did not check to see how our food was, which there was a problem with but we never got the opportunity to tell him. The only times we saw him was to take our order, drop off the food, then drop off the check. When we paid he helped us and he was having a conversation with another employee about trying to get off work early. So it's pretty clear that he didn't want to be there. I don't normally go to this Shari's and you can bet I will not be going back.

Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, it seemed as if one waiter was doing all the work and it took forever for him to take my order. As an alternate to potatoes, he suggested a salad, and I ordered a sesame salad. It did not contain the ingredients he described and he apologized. Mostly it was lettuce, not much of a salad. That's ok. I came for the prime rib, which contained so much pepper, it was almost inedible. It was about half fat. Prime rib is fatty, but I have had much better prime ribs at other Shari's. I was not happy with the meal. Obviously, all of the prime rib would have been cut from the same piece and it would have tasted like black pepper city, even if I sent it back. I had time limitations, so rather than make a fuss, I ate what was there and left. I won't be going back.

Both of our orders were completely wrong after waiting over 30 minutes.My husband decided ti keep his, but I asked that mine be corrected. I got part of it and when the rest came out, it too was wrong, but I told her to just leave it. She took off and said she would not be back. This is the second time in as many visits that our orders have been wrong. It will be a long while before we return.

First of all I walked in and stood at the front waiting to be seated. Had 2 employees walk by me one being the manager and was never greeted at all. I said should we seat ourselves to the manager to which he replied, I will get to you in a minute when I am finished. I have 2 children. Finally sat, never offered a highchair or booster seat... Asked for water didn't come until I asked a 3rd time. only brought 1 water for 3 people. Asked for Dry rye toast got ww with butter. Kids didn't get their drinks until a good 10 min after we sat down. Then when I asked for things the waitress huffed and acted really put out. Shame on you Sharis..
