Shari's

1) The Ranch-Hand BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger is supposed to have a "hickory-molasses BBQ sauce". This was missing. When I asked about getting replacement sauce, the server was very nice, and quickly brought out a different type of BBQ sauce. I did not like this other sauce, but I was hungry, so I ignored the problem and ate the burger without the BBQ sauce. This should have been easily remedied with the correct sauce. 2) My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict. She ate less than half, because much of the eggs were filled with egg shells. I'm not just talking about small pieces that are easily missed while preparing. There was at least one piece larger than a quarter in the first egg, and the second egg was so filled with little pieces of eggshell, she gave up after the first bite, spitting out a mouthful of eggshell. There is no excuse for missing such a large amount of eggshells. We love Shari's, but were very disappointed in our latest experience.

the salmon was overcooked. When the waitress was told she did not seek a solution. When we talked to the PIC, she apologized and offered another salmon or a piece of pie. But by that time we were ready to leave.

Our waitress was rude, she left our order sitting out where we could see it for like 30 minutes. When I asked her about it, she snapped at us and said we'll it's Saturday, I'm busy and your food is fine.

I asked Annette our waitress when we ordered our meals. If we could have the pancakes brought to us after we finished our main breakfast and have the pancakes for desert. she said that she would hold them under the heat lamps for us. I asked if they could be made fresh when we are ready to eat them she said no! 30 minutes later I got up and had to ask her for our pancakes. Annette was also very short with us and her Seahawk shirt was at least 2 sizes too small. Fat rolls are very unappetizing to see under your food coming to your table I wrote Zero on our check for a tip. My wife and I go to Sharis and enjoy the other staff

I ordered a burger Pink and it came out very well done and the service was very slow.

We both ordered from the Honored menu, and we both chose salad as one of our sides. The waitress brought one salad and sat it on the table between us. We had to flag her down to gt her to recheck her order and bring us the second salad. She never checked to see if we needed refills on our drinks - I had to flag down a different waitress to get a refill on my water. When we asked for a to-go box for the rolls, she looked at my wife like she couldn't believe we would ask for such a thing. Then she asked another waitress to get the box for us. Just very disappointing compared to what we are used to at the Sharis that we normally eat at.

Order was not complete, missing items. Serving size doesn't match menu photo. Misleading. Eggs were cold. We were the only people here . Server Daniel was great though. Tried to resolve issue to best of his ability. What has happened to Sharis.

We ordered the Valentines special that was advertised in an email to us. My steak was 1 inch wide and about 4 inches long. The size of a small appendix - VERY dissatisfied with the size of the steak. Everything else seemed haphazardly tossed on the plate. Shrimp on a stick was dry and not very warm. I just expected more from the experience if they were tempting us with an email and then get something that seems like a quarter portion size.
