Eggs were cold. French toast was half crunchy and half gooey.servrt was running all over by himself.

Quiche Lorraine came with a pinch of green onions on top, not Carmelized onion. Returned it for repair. It was returned with sliced red onion that appeared to have been dipped in oil. Not cooked to Carmelized. Also never found the bacon that was supposed to be in it. I have always liked Shsris but was greatly disappointed this time.

It felt like it was understaffed. I had to track someone down to finally get seated. The same thing happened when I tried to pay my check. The food itself was fine, just overall lack of service.

I came there on Tuesday the very next day at 10:00 AM I was very sick. I called the manager and told him that I felt I had food poisoning. Sad face

See previous comments. Really, all you offer for breakfast are "combo" meal choices involving pancakes plus a main dish. Trying to break through that gridlock, I had to order my omelette with an English Muffin, and a side of bacon at a prohibitive cost. This isn't a complaint about the food, but about your menu setup and pricing.

Very slow! Staff not friendly or attentive. Restaurant is understaffed

Customer service was terrible. Felt rushed. Server did not have a friendly demeanor whatsoever.

Server didn't bring us our drinks (water) until delivering our hot food. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. My wife asked for 1 pancake (not the 2 specified on the menu) and requested low-sugar syrup. Server didn't know whether low-sugar syrup as available. When my wife's order arrived, she got 2 pancakes and regular syrup. Server never came back to ask about dessert and never brought our check (we had to ask the cashier for the check). Furthermore, there was a constant booming beat coming from somewhere throughout our visit there, and the booming was louder than the background music that was playing. This booming became annoying after a while. Note: This is really the first bad experience we've had at this Shari's.

server was curt and rude.

We waited for our food for a long time. I don't care how busy the restaurant was, when food is ordered, it should arrive at the table in 20 minutes or less.
