Waiter like a robot- very assuming of what I wanted & how I wanted it! When bringing change after payment- brought all "Large" bills so I had to ask for change if I wanted to leave a tip.

We watched people seated after and who also ordered after us get served before we did. One couple ordered after us and finished their entire meal and left before we were even served. When we did get our food it was barely even warm.

Hash brown were slightly burned and not really stuffed.

We go to Shari's because there is no option for a like kind near. I know nothing about restaurant management, but I know a lot about customer service. I have not been to a Shari's that has good service. They all have great menus the food is good, but there is a very long lag getting the food out, which puts a damper on the experience.

The shrimp and fish were way over cooked making them tough. The coating on them should be more panko related or some other way to lighten the breading. In all honesty I should have just not eaten them. Normally your menu items are very good....this is a terrible exception.

I asked to change an omelet to a scramble. It came as a chopped up omelet (I have picture). I asked waitress if SHE would call it a scramble, she said yes. New proper WAS scramble made. Didnt feel waitress was very friendly after that or attentive. This is second mesl Ive been dissatisfied with, in as many visits. We're fairly regularly, every few months. Im disappointed and saddened that we wont likely return as often now.

Shari's is a diner and we expect the food we got, but the speed of service really was what made the experience unsatisfying as it took a long time for any waitstaff to visit our table and take our order or give us our bill. They were not very attentive.
