Restaurant was very busy and they were understaffed (as usual.) Our server, Hilary, was running her little feet off. But she was very good, and very polite, and always smiled.

2 issues came up (& I have eaten at this particular Shari's many times, but these were a first): (1) the orange slice had a decayed area--I pointed this out and the server replaced it with a large, beautiful strawberry for me as well as one for my friend. (2) I killed 2 ants (the sweet-fats type) on our table, which I did tell the server about and showed him their remains. I didn't expect any compensation and none was offered. I realize pests are a common problem & just wanted to alert the staff as to the issue so that ant traps could be utilized.

My brother was not presented with a glass of water. After our meal, he ordered one and was then served one.

Just always think everything can improve. Nothing wrong with anything that happened. Everything was great. Just want it to be better and better each time. Service and friendliness was great

Not enough servers. Every thing takes forever.

The spoons, knives, and forks had dishwasher scum and spots on them. One day a week someone should be assigned to polish all the serving ware so that ugly touch does not detract from the rest of the experience.
