took forever to get food. I could see the waffle sitting up on the warming shelf for atleast 5 minutes before the rest of food was ready. it was hard as a rock and very cold. had them remake it and they forgot about it... Waitress never came back to table and I had to ask another Shari's worker to help us. No one ever brought us our ticket so had to go up to cash register and wait. VERY POOR SERVICE AND FOOD!

I think the waitress was new and should have had someone helping her. When my friends got their soup it was not hot. I finally received two parts of my trio. The waitress was asked if the soup could be warmed up. She said she would have to see if there was a microwave available. She finally brought my soup and it was not hot. She told my friends that all the microwaves were being used. Finally she came back and took my bowl and one other and microwaved them. They were still not hot when she finally brought them back. We could not get anyone's attention. I finally went up to the register and talked to a lady who said she was the District Manager. When she was off the phone she came over to the table. She offered to warm the soup again. Enough is enough. The gentleman across from us was having trouble with the temperature of something also. When we left he still had not received his item back. Another customer across the room was complaining about something also. Our drinks were never refilled. My friends had pie with their soup and the District Manager took the price of pie off all our bills. Service has been bad before, but this was the worse I have seen it.

We ordered beef nachos and a chicken strip dinner, the beef on nachos was burnt and the cheese so over cooked you could not even break the chips. The chicken strip dinner was supposed to have gravy on potatoes and come with dinner roll, which neither were on plate. When asked about gravy, the waitress said yes it came with gravy, then came back and said it would have to be cooked so by the time we got it potatoes were cold. Chicken strips were over cooked as well and the vegetables were burnt.

We sat over 10 minutes to place our order. Seemed that we were totally ignored. Their were waitresses standing around doing nothing, while we were seated we saw two parties leave their seats because of slowness of taking their orders. The manager took no notice of the poor service given to customers. paying no attentention what was going on around him that should be job. That is his job and he was not watching them. This is the worst customer service we have ever had, and there has been other times attending that Shari's. The Shari's in Cour' d alene know how to give good customer service, its all in the management and the training of the employees. This is the up most worst experience we have ever had. Why don't you get someone in that has some manager experience. Also I ordered a french dip sandwich and the beef was so stringy and tuff that I could not bite through it and tuff to cut with a knife. If we don't see a great improvement we our going to talk to the coorporate office because this is not the first time of bad service. I'm surprised this restaurent is still open. I am so mad that we were treated like a know body and concern for us at all.

The server beth was rude to us. We had a coupon and her demeanor in which she addressed us was far from hospitable. The food took an hour to get when the place was almost completely empty. 2 parties arrived 15 to 25 minutes after us and was served all of their food with 10 to 20 minutes while we still waited for ours plus our orders went in before they even arrived in the restaurant. We prdered fried food and the food didnt even look good. As a former chef for the military the foo was subpar at best. An inexperienced cook could of cooked better than the person in the kitchenn the potatoes tasted like mush and the chicken strips were so bad they had to be drowned in ranch to taste any better. A lot tables were not even cleaned off when we had arrived i counted at least 7 to 8 tables dirty. As a veteran i would not recommend this place to anybody. Im so appalled at the manneurisms and taste of the staff and the food.

Placed a to-go order Had multiple issues. Employee's did not pricing, menu, spoke with 7 different employees. My issue was not resolved, I was than lied to. So I just stated that I would just leave a bad review online. Than asked me not to come back because I said I would leave a bad review. I just want a refund for me food now, I ended up throwing more than half of it away because of everything that happened.

Myself and a family member stopped by in the afternoon, around 1:30 for an afternoon snack. The waitress was nice but seemed over burdened with her workload. She was not very attentive. All we ordered was a chocolate shake to share and bbq wings. The shake took 10-15 minutes and when it did come came with a ridiculously large straw. 30 minutes into our wait I had to ask about our wings. a few minute later she said the kitchen staff just shrugged when she asked about them. I asked for the check and said I no longer wanted the wings. She came back a couple of minutes later with the wings so we were stuck with them even though we were no longer hungry and wanted to leave. I also had to ask for more water after sitting with an empty glass for 20 minutes. Overall I was disappointed. We remembered the excellent shakes you guys have, which is why we stopped by. 30+ minutes is way too long for a middle of the afternoon shake and appetizer.
