Stood waiting to be seated while hostess was cashing out a patron but there were other staff close by doing nothing. Grounds in coffee and when we asked for replacement pot it was a somber response. Cooks screwed up order so had to remake half our order so only one of us got food. I can eat mine while it is mildly warm or wait until it is cold and my daughter gets her food. When we asked what kind of dressing we wanted we were asked in a snarky manner, what kind do you want? We've got ten kinds and if I tell you the list you'll ask me to repeat it. Waitress not attentive. No water until we requested it and then she brought only one glass. Martha was our waitress but another older heavy set gal with short hair was kind and brought me another glass of milk and a to go box when our waitress was nowhere to be found. $40 is way too much to pay for breakfast with this kind of terrible service and poor food quality. Ordered medium steak. It was nearly raw but no point in making an issue out of it. I saw how the other table was treated when they sent back their coffee too. You don't send food back in a restaurant. Bad things happen.

Ordered the beef dip. Portion size for the cost was ridiculous. Counted the 14 fries received. 2 of us sent the beef dip back. Ordered a tasteless, poorly prepared trail boss burger. Overcooked and burnt. There were 6 of us. 2 ordered the prime rib. It was luke warm and had been put on a grill at the last minute. You could see the grill marks. The clam chowder had NO clams and tasted of flour. Never experienced this problem before with Shari's. I think it had to be a bad cook. Bottom line all 6 of us were not happy, in some way, shape or form.

Ordered biscuits and gravy (Farmhouse). Biscuits were like rubber. Gravy was cold and tasteless. Not enough gravy to come even close to covering the biscuits. This is the worst biscuits and gravy I have ever had. I have 35 years experience working in the food service industry. I would be ashamed to put out a meal like this.

My sister picked up garbage that was left in a parking space we go inside she tried to give it to the hostess but was completely ignored. When finally taken to a seat, we were not greeted we were not smile that we were not spoken to. I asked to sit on the west side of the building where the sunshine was but I was told very rudely that the waitress was busy and she "wasn't going to make her run all around the place," so we sat facing the parking lot of a mini mall. 20 minutes later a single man was seated at the table in the sunshine where I wanted to sit. We went to Shari's because my sister and mother were eating at Shari's in Beaverton, Oregon and my other sister and I thought it would be fun sharing the moment'with' them. I'm 66 and my sister 54 and we were scolded like children. We both have been waitresses. This is the worst Shari's I've been to.

I bring my elderly client to get lunch, but next time I will discourage him.. took a very long time to place order, even longer to receive food although I could see it on counter done and waiting, when we did get food, mine was cold. Then waited and tried several times to get any waitress attention to get clients slice of pie, finally had to go up to counter to ask for it...horrible experience today

did not have enough staffing at the time. food was unappetizing. ate most of it anyways. will not return because of the quality of food. too greasy. pannini sandwich was on the burnt side. $3.00 for a pancake add-on to a breakfast, especially when its tiny and overcooked was unreasonable. this was first time eating at this Shari's and will be the last.

We arrived at Shari's at about 5:30 on a Friday evening to have prime rib which is advertised to start at 4pm. We were a table of 6. We were told by waitress/greeter that the prime rib was still frozen and wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes or more. We have been here for the prime rib frequently. We were very surprised to learn of the situation. We were seated and given drinks, but as we sat there we heard other people being told the prime rib wasn't ready. This is unacceptable. The kitchen staff was at fault for not having something prepared on time for a lot of people that came in for that advertised meal. It isn't like it is the first time; people come in every Friday for prime rib. We and others were very disappointed and upset. What are you going to do about it??

Zhitem gave me the worst service of my life. That's putting it lightly. Waited 10+ mins for drinks we ordered. Appetizer came out as same time as food which made me wish I didn't order an appetizer. I even heard the cook tell her "you not running food reflects bad on my ticket times" which I knew was the case because I could hear the food being plated 5+ mins before hand. Waited 10+ mins after receiving food for more water and to be checked on when I needed mayo. After 20 more mins had to go to her to ask for boxes, check, pie to go. During the whole experience there was only three tables in the restaurant including us, a dirty table she never cleaned and she spent the majority of her time talking to a four top who was loud, cusing and even making remarks about management. I work in the industry as a server myself and she missed out on a fat tip $$ I will not be back, even for the free app.

AWFUL! The strawberry lemonade was not made correctly, it was seperated, the fruit was in a large mass at the top of the glass, had no lemon in it, tasted like water and was not given another one to replace it. My husband ordered a club and the toast had mayo on only one piece and was missing cheese. Our children ordered the Sailor's breakfast and their hashbrowns and toast were soaked with butter, toast was cold and the potatoes weren't browned, parts of them were still al dente. My meal was a disgrace, the first burger was raw in the middle, had no mayo and none of the pickles. It was replaced but, but no mayo and this one was burnt. I took it apart and ate bits of it, but couldn't finish it because of the acrid flavor. When paying for our dinner we told the manager that the second burger was not good and asked if it could be taken off of our bill. She was extremely rude and said no because I had eaten some of it. We have been loyal customers since the very early 90's and have never been treated so poorly by management or had such abismal food. We have been loyal customers since the 90's and won't be returning, and will report our experience via social media as well.

When we arrived we were greeted immediately. There were two waitresses and about six tables. We were seated about five minutes later by the one waitress who was not our server and that was the last we saw of her for the two hours we were there. It took at least twenty minutes to get our order and longer for our water. Nothing was fast due to the volume she was trying to deal with. Right before we finally left we saw a glimpse of the manager helping with a kiosk issue and as we left past at least ten dirty tables the manager hide behind the serving counter. I never saw the waitress take a break and she fixed an order issue quickly for us. It was clear the waitress was overwhelmed and the manager was doing nothing to help her. There is nothing worse than a lazy manager. I don't care why he wasn't helping. There is no reason he should have been hiding instead of busing those dirty tables we walked past. Maybe had he actually helped out we would have been out before midnight. Also, every time I have come to this Shari's late at night I have never seen a manager do anything more then help at the kiosk.
