First, I think the people were rude that greeted us and sat us. Ordered food. Got the food. Tater tots were undercooked. Cold and frozen in the middle. Waitress brought a plate over to us. Offered to take the tater tots and refry them until cooked. I refused to have her do that. In fact, I still can't believe she even offered that. My father's fries were overcooked and looked like they were the remnants of a batch that had been sitting for a while. The meat from the prime rib sandwich was old tasting. And the crust on the free pie (wednesday) was overcooked and almost burnt. Then when we paid, I felt like i was bothering the guy. He didn't bother to even ask if everything was ok. Very Very RUDE!

The waitress was very unattentive. It took over 10 minutes after we were seated to get coffee and water. Then another 15 to take our order. We literally were served just 2 cups of coffee total when normally we have 3-6. There were numerous egg shells in my omlet but I didn't mention anything as we had already been there so long already. When you make an omlet you know there are shells! It should not have been served like that. The spinach was old and wilted and it seemed there was no care by the cook or the waitress. The restaurant was clean but as usual, the bathroom was really dirty. This has been the case for years of coming here but in past times, the food and service were great so we just avoided the bathroom. Truly there is no reason to return. We have spoken to others who have had the same recent experience.

when my prime rib came out the first time it was like it was pulled out of the fridge and directly put on my plate the fat was hard and cold and the brown gravy for my mash potatoes was almost inedible.... my girlfriends vegetables were cold cold cold I just feel like I basically just paid 30.00 for an alright chicken fried steak..... and that was my girlfriends, my meal was basically just not good at all.... all around very unhappy I feel as though my whole meal should have been compted with no questions asked it was pretty obvious that it was prepared very poorly.....

After hostess seated us she got us a water and coffee. No waitress ever acknowledged us or waited on us. When the hostess was opening blinds near our table I asked her if we could get some pie as no one had waited on us. this was after 45 minutes. The hostess brought us our pie right away. Again no waitress ever acknowledged us. Water and coffee were long empty. After over an hour and a half there we were ready to leave. I asked for a ticket at the cash register. I was told there was no ticket made up but to wait while they did it. We were then over charged. I was told Vicki should have been the waitress. I was then fed up. I paid the bill plus a tip for the hostess.

Where do I start? First, took a long time standing at front waiting to get a table. Servers seemed to ignore us waiting. Finally someone said be right with you, waited longer then finally seated. Next, we were given menus and were deciding on what to order. Waitress, Kayla, came over. Said she would bring water, didn't. We finally ordered dinner after a wait for her to come back, restaurant was not busy. Took order. Food took long time. Still no water though we asked again. Waitress had two friend show up, she immediatly greeted them (actually stopped taking drinks to another table to greet them). Delivered those drinks. Then our food was up in window. She didn't even look but bused a table for her friends to sit at. Took their order for Pie and served them, then made them a sundae, all the while our food in window getting cold. Finally got our burgers. No utensils, waited to find someone to ask for them. Burgers were a joke. Buns were too small. Asked about it, told they ran out of buns and had to run to store to buy some. Bought way to small, had to eat with knife and for. Was told I would get 10 onion rings, got 7. Asked about free pie, told it .. There is more

There is signage for free pie Wednesday with nothing suggeting any type of limit. We were not able to get the pie as it is only from 4 pm to 10pm. Manager was a little snarky with a reason why as to the verbiage of the signs and she would not honor the free pie request. Very dissatisfied.

We brought out of town family to this restaurant as they have enjoyed other Shari's restaurants while visiting the USA. Once seated, the waitress brought beverages and took our order. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get our food. When it arrived, my pancakes were so cold the butter wouldn't melt on them. Our family members got cold toast! After telling the waitress about the cold food, the manager came over and asked about the problem. She asked if we'd like new toast and pancakes. That should have been obvious and offered. Note: the waitress was good. The cook was the problem. I had recommended the stuffed hash browns. When they came, they were not only cold, but very sorry in portion and appearance. My husband's salad was nothing but a handful of bagged lettuce, 2 pieces of cucumber and 5 croutons ... Pretty sad. No compensation of any type was offered for the problems. No military discount is offered at this restaurant. The value for the price was extremely poor! We won't be back and will be sure to tell others of this terrible experience. In addition, in the ladies restroom - no towels, freezing cold, and soap in an old syrup bottle ... Really?! A terrible Shari's!

Throughout my visit my server was inattentive and rude. She corrected my grammar, did not bring my drink when I ordered it, brought my meal with the appetizer, was visibly bothered when I asked for my meal to come with the rest of my party's meals, and proceeded to ignore me for the rest of my meal, including walking away before I spoke when others made requests, and when drink refills were offered to the other three members of my party but not to me. At the end of the meal, even though my lunch trio came with pie, she took my party's orders and walked away before I could order. When I brought this to a manager's attention, the manager only offered to get the pie I was already paying for. When I asked for the server to apologize, the manager said she absolutely would not send the server back to my table, because the server would be "too embarrassed." I told her I was looking for a reason to come back, and she failed to offer any resolution other than to get the food I was already paying for. When my mother asked for the bill at the counter, as well as the area manager's number, that was the only time the store manager displayed any concern and attempted to resolve the situation.

I ordered a Tone steak dinner and sirloin steak breakfast online. They immediately called and said they only had new York strip so I said ok... went to pick up my order and was informed that they were out of those as well so they had switched it to a sirloin without even letting me know. All the sides were wrong with my meal when I finally did get my meal and it was cold.
