Server took a longer time to come over to the table to even take drink order, then did not offer a refill but one time. there were only 2 place settings of silverware though there were 3 of us and were not offered any extra. Due to power outages in the area, restaurant seemed busier than usual but noted no additional staff to assist with seating customers or ringing them out.

I had to ask for creamer for my tea four times before it was served. We weren't asked about refills, and when we asked, we didn't get them. Service was very slow, even for being busy.

my wife ordered the raspberry pancake combo which on menu and the add board said was 9,99. we were charged an extra 2 dollars even though the price said 9.99. I will never go back to that sharis again. the waitress was slow to refill my drink and order was wrong the first time. and then we were overcharged

1. we sat at in our booth for 20 min. with no attention 2.I ask finally someone who was walking by if we could at least get some water 3.Someone other than our waitress finally took our order 4.the waitress after being in the restaurant for almost 30 to 45 min finally came over and ask if everything was ok THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE THE RESTURANT WAS HARDLEY FULL OF CUSTOMERS WHEN WE WALKED IN.

The food did not come as ordered & when it came we didn't even have silverware. We retuned the food & when it came back the french fries had been reheated and hard as a rock. My eggs had some green sauce of some kind on it and had to send it back also.

Staffed improperly. Poor attitude. Animated negative facial expressions. It was clear to all of us that any request beyond "their comfort" was an irritation. I am a business owner who understands customer service. My last 5 visits have been for staff breakfast meetings. It was a great example for us on how not to treat customers. Our table let the server, with the big floral arrangement in her hair, know we were waiting for another person. She returned at 8:25. Two weeks before we watched her do side work and open blinds after asking for coffee 3 times. We understand people aren't perfect and things happen. However, it was decided we would never return after our last visit. The tip I left was unmerited. The next day a friend of mine shared their dining experience on 11/04/2017 at the Shari's in Coeur d'alene. Two of the staff members were visibly irritated at the large group walking in at the same time. My friend overheard the waitress say "this isn't McDonald's people" as she was preparing their drinks. Another staff member snapped back when asked about a missing piece of pie from their order. I wouldn't say either one of us were mad. It was comical & sad all at the same time.

The manager on duty violated me and my Washington State Civil Rights by interfering with my service animals ability to perform his trained service. My attempts to communicate were dismissed. The manager was a bully. I was aware the police were called to remove me when the police came to remove me. My choices given were to remove my service animal to my car or leave completely. My choice was to continue my visit as I had planned, but it was clear that I would be arrested if I tried to ignore what the manager was doing. I was bullied. I was violated. I was made to leave under threat of arrest.

on 10/20/2017, about 6 PM Shari's in Spokane Valley Wa. on Sullivan Road; 1.the man who wanted to seat us (we were waiting for another person ) rolled his eyes at us. 2.The Waitress was friendly, however she made us feel as if we needed to hurry, hurry, hurry to order and to eat!, Every 5 minutes, "Are you finished?" - clearing away any little thing while reaching in front of my face! 3. Went for the Prime Rib Friday Advertised dinner, they were out of prime rib! only 1 piece left. Really? it is the Friday ad special!!! 4. Ordered our food - my new york strip steak meal was like cold rubber, and a tiny teaspoon of vegetables! Same with the salmon ordered by the other table member. Cold food is gross! Are they under-ordered on food items????? 5. Weird to pay when the person is humming as you pay. Sorry, normally we have enjoyed Shari's, but now this changes our opinion. *Did not wish to complain while there at the restaurant - did not want to put our waitress in a bad position as Possibly the managements fault not hers!!!!!

Waitress had attitude at start but then improved. Asked to change my order but she said already started cooking so I said ok but must not have been true because took awhile to get after that. Terrible unfavorable bacon. Asked for over medium eggs and they were hard. $30 for that? 😕

The over all service was poor waitress's to busy laughing and carrying on in the back area of counter. Ordered soup and salad the soup was cold and the waitress said well the bottom of the bowl is warm. She brought the salad and removed the soup about 10 minutes later she brought the ticket and said "I took the soup off your ticket and I will be your cashier at the counter.
