Hash Browns were Awful - Bacon was Simply Horrible ....i could have used as a CHEW STICK for my dogs....Shame on you guys .....

service was slow and the black forest cream cheese pie was unavailable. there was an advertisement on every table and several on the wall behind the cash register advertising the black forest pie. with all this advertisement a person might think that Shari's would have it in stock. our waitress told us that if we returned at four AM when she would have to make more we might get lucky and get a piece.

There were three guests in my party, yet once we were seated and thought the entire meal we were never offered a third set of silverware nor extra napkins. Upon seating I immediately noticed that One knife and fork were dirty and was placed at the edge of the table in a very conspicuous manner, yet it was never commented on by the waitress, there were two coffees ordered and only one coffee carafe was brought upon which both cups were immediately filled, halfway through the meal we ran out of coffee yet it was never checked nor offered more coffee. And “impatient ness” during the preparing to place our order was ridiculous as the waitress came back four times in approximately 11 minutes. Generally receive very good customer service at this location, but this instance we were highly dissatisfied. When we checked it at he register it was never asked if we enjoyed our visit. So overall this visit received two thumbs down.

Ordered Chicken salad w/cranberries/pecans, etc. It was missing the cranberries and pecans. Told waitress, said she'd bring some cranberries. Took 5 minutes or better to get. Realized it also was missing the pecans, but did not tell waitress. They were not that busy, but the cranberries should have been brought sooner, as I was waiting to eat my sandwich. There was another lady at the table that ordered the same thing. She was also missing the cranberries and pecans.

My son ordered the country combo. The hash browns came out white (not cooked) no joke. He ate them so the server and cook didn't have to do their jobs. Our server was very unfriendly knew about the problem and chose to ignore it. The scary thing is she is training another server who could be good, but because of the expectations, she will be just like her training server. Too bad

My Breakfast was cold, the only item that was warm was the gravy on my chicken fried steak, the eggs, hash-browns, and chicken fried steak were cold. The english muffin was not toasted, was soggy, and was also cold. The coffee is over priced for the amount!

Server was changed after inital contact. Server seemed over-loaded and did not serve the milk that was ordered. could not catch servers attention during meal to request milk that was ordered. Restaurant seemed under staffed.

The waitress did not return to our table after the food arrived she did not refill our water glasses. and did not ask if we wanted desert and did not bring us the bill. we waited a long time she ignored us we finally went to the register and the person there had to figure out which table and rang up the bill. this waitress is poor and should not be working as a waitress at Sharis

we ordered an omelet that came to us all mashed up and a crumpled mess. The omelet itself looked more like scrambled eggs thrown on a plate. When we asked the manager she gave us excuses and then just walked away. She made a couple snide remarks then and didn't say she was doing anything, just left. The other omelet we ordered came out rather crispy around the edges however, by this time we just wanted to leave. When we went up to pay there was garbage all over the front counter and nobody was cleaning it up.
