Shari's

Waitress seemed annoyed and irritated.

Our food was cold this morning. Must have been a new cook, for my eggs Benedict was nothing like I have had before. The sauce was water, pooched egg, white not done and watery, the muffin soaked it up and was terrible. I eat this same thing all the time and this cook did not know how to fix it. My husbands chicken fried steak and hash browns was also cold. Just now the way we know this Shari's serves food.

Service was very slow Appeared there was not enough staff to take care of customers they we not that busy

It was obvious that there was not enough help, both in the wait staff and the kitchen. Service took way too long and the server was not able to give needed attention to us. We had to remind her of several things we had not received and couldn't get her attention when we wanted ketsup. The free pie we received (because it was Wed. evening) does not make up for the poor service.

My hashbrowns were way over cooked very crunchy. Very little holland day sauce on my eggs benedict and cool temp instead of hot

Never enough staff to handle customers. Saturday evening and few customers yet service slow. We stopped going there a few years ago as it was super bad then. Better now but you need more help.Waitress very friendly and everyone doing their job but they can only do so much. We like the remodeled floor layout.

Hasbrowns were cool, the sauce on the eggs was minimal and "thin-looking". In fact, I took 1/2 home and the sauce had almost disappeared before I even reheated it.

The waitress was very distracted. She asked if we wanted table or booth and didn't listen to my answer (i said table and she sat us at a booth). Also it took her forever to pick up the check and process our payment.

The grilled cheese was a joke in size the cheese was overcooked and burnt definitely not worth $10

Your chef and waitress forgot gravy with chicken fried steak breakfast x2. Then I called the manager Lisa and she said she would send me out 2 gift certificates on Friday 4/6/18 and here it is 4/10/18 and still no gift certificates. Used to enjoy going to Shari's on Sullivan; but after this no thanks
