Prices have gone up again. I have the impression that the portions are smaller.

I ordered a Spiracha Burger which was short on the sauce. I have had that burger about four times previously and it was very flavorable. When I asked the server what the soup choices were available she did not know but said she would check. She came back to take my order later and had forgotten to check on the choice of soup.

Got nachos and menu didn't mention that it had sour creme. Do not like sour creme.

Compared to other restaurants that I frequent, I find Shari's prices are higher and they grant NO flexiblity in their menu items. Other restaurants will allow me to sub items that I can eat for items that I cannot or at least have a "build your own" breakfast.

1. When arriving at the entrance door, there was a lot of trash that had blown there in a corner as well as a lot of dirt. The manager was told about it, and he had someone go clean it up. 2. We signed up over a month ago for Shari's Cafe Club. We thought there was a free piece of pie for signing up. We tried to get it for dessert, and the waitress said you have to use the "free pie" deal before 30 days is up. Well, shouldn't that be told to a person when they sign up?? It doesn't say on the card, and I didn't see it online when I signed up. The manager offered a "free" piece when I complained, but we did not take it. People should be advised of that at sign up time! 3. I typed all of this twice due to your web site being down....frustrating!

New menus over the past three years, each with a price increase. Soft drinks are now nearly $3.00. Menus items that were $9.99 two years ago are now over $12.00.

There never seems to be enough waitstaff when we go to Sharis. It takes a long time to be seated and sometimes quite a while to receive food. This time I ordered an appetizer, and that came quickly, but my main dish took a while. Also, I do not like the fact that if I want to drink water (which I am required to do because of my kidneys), I must have only a very small glass at a time.
