Was all good.

The restaurant was very busy, and only 3 servers. My food was delayed, and wasn't hot anymore. It was edible, though.

Burned my food

No silverware on the table, had to wait for water, silverware was dirty, not much ham in the ham and cheese omelette and pancakes over done.

I rarely give a Highly Satisfied unless it was overly exceptional. I had a good experience overall. No issues at all. The food was very good, and better than I expected, so I gave that a Highly Satisfied.

For me to be Highly Satisfied, the service would need to be off the charts. It was acceptable service, the food was good and I would come again.

Cut the banquet room size by two-thirds, so my group no longer fits in. Supposedly fits 30, but we had 29 and were very squashed.

There wasn't nearly enough employee's to wait on all the customer. In my opinion there should have been at least 2 more waiters for a Saturday dinner crowd.

First the BLT sandwich was not well prepared. The bacon hung out the sides, the tomato was a large lump in the center and not cut to cover the entire space. Second, the tomato was not ripe. Second my reason for not returning to this Shari's or recommending it to others is because I am not in that area very often. On the positive side the soup and pie were excellent.

It took too long to figure out themenue specials of The day baegan bargains, seasonals holiday favorites values etc.
