I do not think it is appropriate for a waitress or waiter to refer to a customer as honey. The promptness of receiving my bill was also not very prompt. Even though she referred to me as honey (I am 71 yrs old), I did feel more like a number than a valued customer.

It was a good experience, but I feel the term highly satisfied is for something above normal expectations, the food was good, but not exceptional, the service was good, but not exceptioal, the value was good, but not exceptional.

Everything was just fine. Was not in the mood to enjoy much of anything this morning. Just kind of a "BLAH" day. Hasn't improved much in the pas several hours either.

As stated no flavor with the biscuits and gravy.

Although the wait staff were friendly and attentive, one apparently was being trained and was shadowing the main wait person. As a result the food orders sat for a while on the counter from the kitchen. My order was correct, but the eggs and hashbrowns were cool by the time I received them. I like Sharis, so I'll be back but it wasn't your normal performance. Thanks for listening.

Seemed a little understaffed. Took a little too long for server to take order and food took a little longer than we expected. Food was good actually better than we anticipated given the wait. Just not outstanding but definitely enjoyed so we will return. It was a holiday weekend they may not have had enough servers available at the time we came in. Not terribly poor service, just seemed a little overworked.

Nothing wrong ... everything good. On a scale of 1 - 10, today would be a 9.

First of all, I ordered a chicken burger (variation of your bacon/burger; it was wonderful, and hot! The "special" fries were great but luke warm. I had a piece of your special strawberry pie with a couple of "layers", a cherry and something I do not know. Anyhow it also tasted very good but there was so much of the whipped cream that is about all I tasted. (and the strawberry was exactly one half of one berry!) I will definitely reorder the chicken burger again as well as the fries, but will ask that the latter is hot. I will not order any of your pies with the whipped cream on; I have ordered others and they were very tasty.
