It was OK but not outstanding. Greasy food.

I ordered the prime rib benedict. The eggs were overcooked. Solid yellow yoke.

Im sitting there ready to consum meal, and the african American that was working til started digging nostrills, i just bout lost it, then watched everything he touched afterwards, its like omg, yuk he didnt even care then other employees come along touch same areas this is unappealing, im surprised i retured, i could only immagine what isnt seen in kitchen, but rules should be no face or body contact w hands while on floor instant termination, its very unsanitary, and loses business, but overall used to b my favorite place to tk mother n friends out to eat. We'll see how it goes from here. Im not sure. But waitresses are great.

A little too much high pressure to buy a pie

The club membership was extremely hard to activate, and I am very tech savvy. The woman processing the payment was rude when I was confused about the card not being linked to my account, even though I registered. Lastly, the champagne quality was cheap.

Although the food was as expected, it wasn't exceptional. The toast was warm but the butter was still 'as spread' and had not melted. In my mind, hash browns should actually be at least somewhat brown, and any taste of butter which exists, isn't a substitute for proper warmth/evidence of browning.

There was a dead fly on the napkin on table. new hire/trainee following waiter did not smile at all. had to ask for additional napkins/silverware when they brought food..5 in the party only 2 settings on table plus the one with the fly.

Shari's is a nice place to eat. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. Does seem to come out to a little higher price than expected when you consider the prices including the now much higher price of a glass of iced tea or a cup of coffee. Your pies are great and so are your people.

I didn't like the holndase sauce on the eggs Benedict. It had no taste. The eggs were done perfectly though.
