We have found on our two visits that the food is very good and reasonably priced. We wanted pancakes and eggs when we arrived and were delighted that the breakfast menu was served all day! Jaymi was friendly and made us feel very much at home.

The staff welcomed us and kept us in the loop at all times! Food was excellent and service was prompt and complete. Like the new open look in this Sharis!

I ordered extra hash browns with the hash browns that already came with my meal. When It was brought to me the total amount was smaller than any regular sized portion I have received at any other breakfast place I have been at. I personally thought the cook just forgot but the waitress said the cook said that was an extra amount. Little did I know She also thought it was a small portion and had already ordered an extra portion of hash browns from the other cook. So when I caught her attention to complain she had in her hand a plate with extra hash browns for me. She read my mind. Good Job Ivy of the Spokane Valley Shari's.

We notice the same waiters and waitresses, so we think you must make it a pleasant place to work, that means happier employees and happier customers. Ivy has waited on us several times. She is always friendly, helpful and customer service oriented! We like the remodel, the waitstaff, the manager, the promotions and rewards. Only suggestion would be that pie also come with entrée orders before 4pm
