Clean and our server was excellent in taking care of our table of 9. The Split Pea soup was really a hit.

Food was cooked perfect. The service was faster than I have ever experienced at a Sharis evdr before. Menu was attractive an eady to order from. We both my brother and I were very satisfied and sometimes that is a big deal seeinv my brother use to work for you and since he quit we have not gone to the restaurant as service has ways been an issue as well as the food. We both ate every bite with compliments to the chef.

This restaurant is very convenient to our residence. The food was excellent even though one of the pieces of pie that we ordered to go was not what we had ordered. Nevertheless, what we were given was also excellent. The place was a zoo, that is really crowded, and perhaps not properly staffed to handle the crowd on this particular day. Even so, we were not too upset and enjoyed our meal.

The manager Daniel did an excellent job of taking care of us, after we complained about two previous visits that we were not happy about.

No wait got right in and where greeted by name by our favorite server. IVY also remember what we like to drink and details about food choices we like-amazing! Everything came quickly and as we wanted it. New pies were described and I tried one. We love coming to our neighborhood Shari' s when Ivy is working. She takes great care of us!
