Compared to our last visit The waitress was much more friendly and knowledgeable

Food was great and atmosphere was very calming and professional.

I have been wanting to check out the newly remodeled Sullivan location and finally did. It was a great new atmosphere, the server was amazing and the food came out better than expected. I was on my way home from work the first time above. Today on my day off i went back after my morning workout. FYI I live only a few blocks from a national chain like Sharis. This tells you something. Today I tried a different item and it was so good i wanted to tell the cook but he had just left his shift. The server Serena was amazing and said she would pass it alone to him. So you are two for two, I wont be going anywhere else due to your great atmosphere, employees and fantastic food. Another FYI, I have not ate at a Sharis in years. Thanks for changing that.

The whole staff at this location on Tuesdays is always great. We come in because our favorite server Emily was working.

The waitress Cyndi was awesome she answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I enjoyed my meal as well as my date. Thank you for such great service we plan on visiting again hopefully Cyndi will be working again. Great job on the remodel also very inviting. Till next time stay awesome

Friendly atmosphere and great service

We were taken care of right away. Our food was hot and very good. We ask that our French fries be cooked good and they were and nice and hot when we got them. We had salmon and it was some of the best I have had.

Good food and waiter very attentive.

This was our first time here and everything was absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back soon. The food was delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. I am really happy and grateful for Shari's being open 24/7.
