Every time I come in the last 5 times not exacterating I try to order a banana split every time I can not get one your either out of bananas or out of ice cream I can understand late at night but it's 3 pm today

To be very specific, Shari's has some very good servers and some very bad ones. And they all know which ones are which. From now on, if a good one is not there, I will walk out and go someplace else, because it's just not worth the frustration.

Several guests were waiting when we arrived, and several more arrived as we waited. I noticed that there was se Veral tables that were empty, but had not been cleaned. As we waited to be seated, we saw not one attempt to clean them. After we were seated and placed our order, we now coukd see several more empty tables that had not been cleabed, even though there were more guests arriving. My wife ordered a hamburger anf fries. I ordered the Alaskan cod with shrimp and onion rings. My wife meal arrived without yhe fries, and my meal arrived in a metal basket with tiny servings of cocktail sauce and tarter sauce. The coc and shrimp looked like it just came out of the freezer, and the onion rings were not very hot, and very soggy. All the wait people were frendly andbusy, but clearly understaffed. We only saw one older gentleman cleaning off tables, but appeared to be very old, and walked very slow with a limp. As we left, most of the dirty talbes were still uncleaned.

Walked in, stood there for 5 minutes. No one seated us. We sat ourselves. The middle part of our visit was great. I give my compliments to Leah. She was very attentive. She even waited to take her break to give us our food. When she went on break, she told us someone would be keeping an eye on us. NO one ever came to say "Hi, im so and so, I'll be taking over for Leah. If you need anything don't be afraid to ask me". We waited after we ate for 15 to 20 minutes to try and order dessert and eventually went to ask for a manager. We explained our frustration and she said "ok i'll let the team know, would you like to order dessert or would you just like your check" I found this very rude and just asked for my check. She came and basically slammed it on the table didn't even look at me said "sorry again" and walked away. I didn't think I deserved this because I was very nice about everything. She could have offered a discount for our troubles or maybe say something like dessert was on the house. Not that I am looking for freebees but something to show you care that our service sucked. This is a habit I have encountered many times at your establishment and I really don't want to come back
