I am a regular customer at Shari's and I was appalled at the service that I had. I brought a friend who had never been to Shari's and she said that she would not go back based on the visit that we had. Our waitress, Sarah, took a long time to greet us, our food was lukewarm when we received. I ordered the lunch special and she forgot my soup so I had to ask for it to go. We did not receive our food for forty minutes and we had to ask for it and let our waitress know that we had to get back to work. She almost forgot my slice of pie for the lunch special which I also had to ask for to go. We mentioned the lack of service in front of manager when we were paying and it was not acknowledged at all; all she did was give us our total. If I didn't love Shari's already, I would not go back, and as it stands now, I will only go back on the evening shifts where the waitresses take care of their customers.

was seated but not asked about beverages, order food and beverages at same time, wife received soda 5 mins before food served I got my coffee after food served. got my glass of water after that. had to ask for knife and ketchup. service seems to be going down hill, ever since Daniel left as manager.

We were seated quickly enough, but then pretty much ignored long enough that we discussed going somewhere else. When finally approached by the young man, we were able to give drink & dinner orders to him. Those being only soup, salad, & stew, we did not expect to wait long for our food. WRONG! The gal that served us noticed our water glasses were low & said she'd refill them. Later, on a trip by to another table, she must have remembered & commented again that she would get us more water. We were totally finished eating & without any water when she finally came with more. Total time for the meal was an hour. Not what we expected for soup & salad at Shari's, wanting to get home.

My husband placed the order on line, to be picked up at 1:00PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:44. I stood around waiting for someone to greet me for about 5 minutes. When I finally was greeted, and told them I was there to pick up a take out order, paid for the order and then the person who greeted me said she would go "put it together". She disappeared and did not return until 1:07PM. When I received my order, they did not have the soup that my husband ordered and it had to be substituted. When I got home and unpacked the food (less than 10 minutes later), the soup was barely warm and the salads were not what we ordered. The sandwiches were very nice. This was a disappointing experience. In the past we have been very pleased with Shari's so we will probably try them again.

I ordered the lunch trio. It took over 40 minutes to receive my slice of quiche. I told the waitress I wanted my slice of cherry pie to go. She did not return. I told another employee about it and she got the slice of pie to go.

Husbands Salmon salad was limp lettuce and tepid salmon that was dry and smelled like cat food and had no dressing on it. Daughters trio meal was completely forgotten so she ate after we were finished with our meals!!! Waitress never brought drink refills- the most expensive glass of soda we ever paid for!

Ordered a bigger piece of prime rib and 1/3 of it was fat. never got asked if i wanted refill. ask for a dessert menu and by the time they got back had lost my appetite for dessert. It was not super busy, but I seem to be forgotten about it.

Unfriendly and inattentive server. Did not bother checking back in with us at any point during our meal or even in the approximate 30 minutes it took to receive our food. The restaurant was not busy and the staff seemed more content to laugh loudly from the kitchen area than serve guests or clean up. The tables next to us remained unbussed for the entirety of our visit, more than an hour. Our server who I believe was named joanna m was unfriendly. When our food came, my mom's was cold and we never received any appology. Joanna never came back to see if we wanted anything else or drop a check off. We visit your establishment between once a week to every other week and have never had this level of dissatisfaction. With this experience in mind, we may be frequenting IHOP more often. In addition, I have left a message with your corporate office to discuss this most recent visit.

My steak was GREEN!! I ordered stuffed hash browns and NY steak and acourse I noticed my steak tasting funny. It didn't seem fresh I started eating it when I noticed it was Green. I told the server she just asked if I wanted another steak. I said no I was feeling sick to my stomach.My husbands biscuits and gravy were sour!! She told the manager and the manager didn't even come over and apologize nothing!! I got up to talk to the manger just said "oh she took off your order" she didn't look at me apologize nothing beside took off items from bill. Nothing was done to make it right for me.!! I felt like I was bothering her!! You should never treat your guests like this!! This is the worst experience I have ever had at Shari's. I feel that the quilty assuance from corporate office should visit this branch! It's horrible managers like this representing the company that is upsetting.

My wife, my brother and I decided to go to Sharis for our Thanksgiving dinner since none of us had any family members with us this year. O course we all wanted the traditional turkey dinner, which is what we all had. Everything that we had on our plates "except for the apple pie" was terrible and mostly cold to slightly warm. We all three only ate part of the meal and took the rest home, but my wife said to just throw the rest away anyway. This is without a doubt the worst Thanksgiving dinner we have ever had. My wife and I go to Sharis quite a bit and most of the time it is all really good.
