Shari's

I would reserve "highly satisfied" for only the best, freshest, tastiest meals. However, my food was fine and I will return to Shari's.

I arrived at 3:30 to meet with a group at 5:30. The server wanted me to sit in a section other than the one the group was meeting so that he could serve me. I explained that it would make no sense or me to sit in another section and then move to the meeting section. He agreed, but then never came back to take my order.

The waitress didn't seem to check back often to see if we needed refills or anything else.

My pie was not warm as I had requested. Everything else was great! The team member was excellent. I didn't say anything about the pie because it was busy and I think it was almost the end of her shift. I realize that since she is probably not the person that heats up the pie she may not have forgotten about it. She provided very friendly and efficient service.

Our server, Tami, was wonderful! I would highly recommend her and would hope to get her on a future visit. She was great and a terrific asset to this restaurant.

We were happy to find a place that was open very early in the morning (about 5 a.m.); however, we were disappointed to see how dirty the dining room was. Also, the restrooms were dirty and smelled bad. The waitress was pleasant but did not give us our check until we asked for it. We didn't know that, apparently, we were supposed to go to the cash register to get it.

I had asked for the same order as my wife but was given larger portion by the waitress, the wife's prime rib looked way passed medium rare and real brown, both cuts where very fatty. My wife gave up on her prime rib and left 1/2 of it on the plate. We were asked if we wanted everything on the baked potato but was not told about the increase in price. On a bright note the baked potato and onion rings were good as well as the banana split we share. Not a great anniversary dinner.

I called ahead to see if they had a certain pie. They said yes, that they would put my name on it and I said I would be down in 15-20 minutes. When I got there (5:00) they didn't have any idea about the pie. They went and got one out of the back and I was on my way. When I got home I put it in the refrigerator and then at 7:30 when I went to cut and serve it I found it frozen solid. I had to fix something else for desert. Very disappointing!

my server 341693-tami was as always welcoming and efficient. You have changed your menu again and the print is so small for senior menu and you have excluded the senior breakfast. That was one of the problems I was not quite sure if a manager was on duty because it was a very noisy by other employees. I am thankful that you have a caring wait staff in Tami.
