The food was nasty. Not what it used to be.

No one greeted nor sat us for upward of 5 minutes. I assume it was the manager did not appear to be engaged with customers at all. My waitress was slow to take our order did not react to our requests for condiments etc.. I ordered water as my beverage and did not receive that until after my meal was delivered. The roll that we were looking forward to was delivered way after we started our meal and appeared to be an afterthought to our waitress whom we told was our driving force for this visit. We once lived in Oregon and loved the pecan caramel rolls you served. While traveling through Twin Falls Idaho we saw this restaurant and were looking forward to the rolls. Well the rolls were great however this restaurant was a wreck. Would not be able to recommend this restaurant or the chain to anyone at this time.

My table was dirty and my first waiters was very slow and had to get up to get my own silverware

Food was terrible and cold. There were ants in the restaurant and they had to close several tables. The gravy was pure grease. The biscuits were hard as rocks. It was absolutely horrible!!!

initial service and order fine food came............ eggs were runny and undercooked......... bacon was overcooked sausage had no flavor whatsoever Tiny cup of syrup... server did not check back to see if I needed more not impressed first visit to Shari's Last visit to Shari's

I ordered a ham and cheese omlet. I received scrambled eggs and ham. This is the third time I have ordered this meal and gotten scrambled eggs. The other meal was wonderful. It was a beautiful omelet and my companion said it was great. I know the restaurant was busy and such, but i really would like to have had my order correct so I could day. As it was I just left it I didn't even want to take it home.

When we arrived, the cashier was busy with customers paying. We waited 15 minutes & she never once made eye contact or said- I'll be right with you. Just as they were finishing up, she grabbed menus to seat us & a large group came up to pay. She set the menus down & helped them without saying a word. Finally a waitress came & sat us. We ordered water, she brought that then left, one of the waters had something floating in it. Gross! Then we waited an hour for the waitress to come back!! She told us she forgot about us. I unfortunately did not catch her name. She said she was leaving & another waitress would take care of us- but she never left! Finally we got to order & my fiancé wanted to leave because it was taking so long for the food to come. I felt bad because we had ordered. His salad came & there was a hair on the plate. When my sautéed mushrooms came, I asked for a side of butter for them, & there was a hair on the butter dish!! Also, I ordered the arugula caprese salad & there was no arugula. And I had a BLT on sourdough & the bread was entirely dried out. It was bad all the way around. I was upset that after all of the mistakes, nothing was done to compensate.

Noise level was unacceptable, music loud, cell phone usage was disruptive. Girlfriend requested gravy on side, was not done. Vegetable selection was non-existence.

Our eggs were full of shells, crepes were still cold, there was half the amount if hash browns that we normally get. I had them not fill my crepes and the were dry and fell apart. Definitely don't think they were made there. Then all this cost us $26 won't be back.
