Waitress Jessica has a terrible mouth with profanity! She thought she was funny but I do not appreciate the F bomb at or around my kids! When told to watch her mouth from an older woman with curly grey hair all she did was talk poor about her calling her names and using more profanity. Shame on you for having an employee like this in a family business! I will never return and will make sure my friends and family all the way to Oregon are aware of your atmosphere!

The waitress refused to help us due to a former problem. We felt completely unwelcomed by her. Not likely to come back after this visit.

Every time we come in we get the same waitress, and every time she is just very inattentive. She will check back maybe once after we have ordered. She almost never refills our drinks. They will sit empty for 15-20 minutes before she will even ask if we want a refill. She will visit other tables in her section at least 3 times before coming over to check on us. This isnt just a one time thing. This happens every time we get this waitress. Which is very aggravating because we love coming but she makes us not want to come back because the service is always terrible.

This was a special mother's. Day outing and both our orders were so over cooked -to hard to eat - no flavor at all - the waitress was awesome - for the price of the meal I was so disappointed our whole dinner plan was ruined - sad to say that thanks to McDonald's hot fudge sundae saved the day - I'm a very upset customer- thanks for a not so nice mother's day -

Our server 353003 Haley was too busy and distracted with another table behind us. She tried to hurry us with our order, take our plates before finishing, not asking just grabbing for it and I wasn't finished eating yet. Ask to bring out the ticket to check out and left it at our table right after we got our food, so you probably wont want anything else? Thanked group behind us for coming, never thanked us at all. No offers of refills on our lemonade. We had another server get us one to go. No tip is Haleys thanks! Then we go to pay and buy a chocolate pie to take home. The lady says if you are not a club member you cant have the pie for that price 8.99, not even offering us to join a club. I found out that I am a member and had a card in my purse in the car. I had forgot! I told her I dont want to buy any pie! They can take their pie and shove it! The fries were not cooked enough and the sandwich wasn't made to the menu. Then we see a dry erase board through the back room that tells employees no over portions! What is up with that! What kind of manager lets customer see that! With so many choices on a Sunday night, why in the world did we go there, never again! POOR SERVICE

At Shari's Restaurant the food was Thanksgiving dinner over half of the meal was very dry, bland, and cold and 1st cup of coffee was hot the 2nd cold no 3rd cup because I left the 2nd full. lastly, We were quoted 12.99 and come to find out when We received the bill it was 14.99.

bad food ,burnt ,hashbrown NOT cook ,Burnt bacon & pancakes bad .bad BAD !

Waitress was not friendly after she found out I was a veteran,she egnorded us .When she brought me a cup of coffee it was from another table an it had coffe stains from prior use and when she pourd she knew that there was onla 3/4 of a cup in the pot. I was never ask or had another pot brought to the table evan after we received our meal. I will not return to this cafe again,

There was a short delay is placing our order. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our food. My 92 year old Dad's meal which included biscuits and gravy was inedible. The biscuits so hard he asked for a steak knife to cut them. The gravy was kind of gray and looked very unappetizing. At that point, we decided to send it back. Since we had waited so long to even get our food, he did not want to order anything else. We did purchase a whole pie to take home. Once home, discovered it was too frozen to have a piece. The waitress was very apologetic. The manager not as much. We will not be eating at this Shari's again.

We came in late Sunday night the waitress and cook were smoking pot in kitchen you could smell it and see them when walking to bathroom..waitress reeked of pot when delivering our food.. We came back tonight different waitress she was nice and friendly but we notice it was same cook..we will not be back in refuse to give my money to a establishment that promotes drug use especially inside the building
