Unfair to server who was only server and was on her second day so this is not aimed at her. Gave her a 15 percent tip. We have Been to this Sharis many times as it 40 miles from our home. We have always been satisfied before. First, salads and entree were served at same time. Had they been busy that would not have been as big an issue as it was. Second, my wife ordered a turkey sandwich which was featured. The gravy was cold and after asking for it to be microwaved it was only warm. It was much more bread than turkey and not as expected as not very flavorable. She chose not to eat the portion she took home. We just felt that this was not normal for this restaurant and were dis-satisfied.

My toast on sandwich was completely burnt and fries were limpy and bland. My husbands grilled cheese was very small, like 1/4 sandwich and tasted terrible and tomatoe soup was watered down and thin.

I used to come for the terrific breakfast menu - it's gone and what's replaced it ensures that I'll go somewhere else in the future.

The server was not at all attentive. Never refilled drink even though she promised twice. It took another observant server to refill drink after meal was complete. The dirty dishes were not removed. The server never thanked us . Felt totally ignored. Several times we almost got up and left. If it was not for other servers stepping in at times we would of left. This was the first time I almost did not leave a tip. This very disappointing because since we moved here we thought we had found a nice place for a nice and simple meal

Server was too busy to give adequate service. Steak we ordered was very small, undercooked and tasted old.

Some of the items were not as advertised in the menu, wrong food arrived some of the food arrived cold.

My waitress was not attentive. My food was not hot. There was hair in my omelet! The table was dirty.

I love the late night shift people, Bucky specifically. Just any other time i go the service sucks and im not satisfied. Its the little things the late night people do that make the experience and its not there any other time.

The server smelled of alcohol and talked like she was still drunk we noticed another server had to pick up her slack she had no knowledge of you menu and asked us the same question a couple times this is a serious issue and I would appreciate if it was taken care of. coming to work drunk should not be acceptable our food was great but the service was terrible. We come here often and have never had this happen before.

Team members were arguing over a previous order, who did what and why? Food was very cold, there should have been more gravy on the bisquets.
