I bought 2 gift certificates for my hubby for Fathers Day. Last Christmas when I bought the same, the manager gave me extra certificates for 2 pieces of pie. This time, I asked, and they told me that the manger at Christmas is not there any more. Applebee's next door, has perks with their larger purchases, and so do other restaurants around town. Maybe you would be wise to think it over. Logically, I would not come in just for pie, I would buy a meal. So, for this trip, you lost the sale of two meals that I would have bought if you had perks. If you are afraid I would just take two pieces of pie, you could print a special certificate that said free pie ONLY with the purchase of a meal. Usually I like your food, and we come fairly often.

The nacho to many chips and hardly no meat not very tasty.

Your restaurant was horribly understaffed. Service was unreasonable slow. My food was not prepared as requested. Your iced tea machine broke so could not get the drink I ordered. It just was a very poor experience.

The Zenner sausage was dry and overcooked.The salmon was very dry and .vegetables were cold

Our server Bri was a ROCKSTAR! She was a great server and did an excellent job at taking care of us. The problem was almost all the other employees working were completely rude and very unprofessional. The kitchen staff we could hear from our table yelling at our server, that our order was not acceptable and that it wasn't how they make it. It would have been one thing if they were talking quietly, but they were full on yelling. Our server Bri still came back to our table with a smile on her face and took blame for the confusion when we could clearly hear what the problem was. Then the "manager" we think, she was dressed differently was yelling at our server multiple times for things that could have been handled professionally about really silly things. It honestly felt like our server was being bullied. The lady right in front of our booth yelled at our server about where she set a dish cloth, really!!! YOU JUST DON"T DO THAT! I hope Bri gets another job somewhere else that will appreciate her, and treat her better, because the staff there did not! She was a light, and always kept her cool even though many would not.

Our food was way overcooked. Our grandson ordered a steak to be cooked medium. It was burned on the outside and Ok on the inside but tasted really bad. He was only able to eat a few bites. It looked like a terrible piece of meat when served and should have never been served. I ordered chicken tenders and they were very overcooked, chewy, and dry. My wife got a breakfast and the bacon arrived very undercooked. She sent it back and it came back overcooked and tasted horrible. No fault of the waitress who did her best to take care of the problem. The eggs my wife had tasted very odd also. For as much as we spent, the meal was terrible. We have had good experiences in the past at this location however due to the terrible quality of the food and price we paid for it we will most likely not return. Our waitress, Jerika, was great and the overall service was good as well.

the omelette was over cooked, the toast was burned, the pancakes were over done and misshaped. we were on a time, so didnt have the issue fixed

Waitresses cleared tables by sticking hands inside glasses (where people place their mouths), the proceeded to grab clean silverware to set tables. The quiche crust was soft and I wonder if it was even very fresh. Seemed like it was microwaved.

Breakfast menu, nothing to chose from at a decent price..very small breakfast menu. NO senior discount, no military discount..
