It was about 20in. before we got the food and 15min. into that she came out and told me you were out of the bakes and I had to get mashed. :( :( and then 5min. latter the food came out BUT the plate was cold and so was my stake. This was the first time it was this bad. Thanks for your time Craig

The scrambled eggs had no flavor and the quantity was smaller than I expected. Also, after ordering I realized that Denny's has a much better similar breakfast deal for a lot cheaper.

We had fish & shrimp. The fish was not very hot & didn't have much flavor. The shrimp was very good. We like Sharis & will go again.

The restaurant was very busy, but that was to be expected on a Friday night. Our waitress was pleasant, gave us time to order, our food arrived in a timely manner and I was able to take advantage of the club membership discount. Will definitely be back very soon!

Overall my wife and I were quite satisfied. We also purchased a pie for a friend for his birthday at the conclusion of our dinner. I asked him later how it was, and he said it was delicious! My wife enjoyed her dinner. I enjoyed most of mine. Where I personally wasn't satisfied was with my salmon. It was overcooked and somewhat dry. It tasted good, but needed some water to get it down. It is hard to write a critique of a restaurant because I want to say that everything was wonderful, but...I can get a properly cooked salmon at any number of restaurants in town for about the same price. The waitress may have not been perfect, but she met all our needs, was prompt and courteous. The atmosphere was cozy and nice. I thought about asking the waitress to have the chef get another salmon, but we were in a hurry and had to get to another appointment so I didn't say anything. Bottom line, I give the restaurant a B grade. If the salmon had been better, a B+ to A- and I would eat there more often.

we ordered breakfast i ordered eggs over med ium they came back runny i let the server who was very helpful she replaced the eggs THEY WERE RUNNY!! not happy two yrs ago had a similar problem

Employees don't seem to seat guest in order as they come in. It looked like everyone was lost and didn't know what to do. Several tables were open as about six family waited to be seated.

poached eggs were overcooked/ steak was poor quality beef and flavorless/ frittata was served lukewarm- cheese wasn't even melted

The lettuce in my Northwest Steak Salad was dry and wilted.I didn't feel the quality matched the high price.

When my family came in, we where seated right away, went to the restroom while my spouse stayed behind, no server came over to the table at any given time to ask for drink order, got back to the table and still no on came, sat about 10 min still no show up put others around us was taken care instead, finally spoke up to a server-manager to see if we could get a drink, close of walking out this time, finally got service, meal okay and the manager had apologized for the over sight. still not the way to treat customers, stuff in a both and forget them, not happy for not getting waited and but the food was great as usual. Come yes. Normaly have great service.
