The turkey in the thanksgiving turkey sandwich had an odd taste. Maybe spoiled?!

Seasonal flies. Salmon a bit dry. Needed to ask for forks.

I ordered the prime rib dip. It came on what looked like a hot dog bun. The meat was very skimpy not like the last time I had it (2 weeks ago). Will not order it again, plus the Asus was very very salty. I asked about it the waitress was busy and all she said it was served by weight. I have never been disappointed before but I was this time.

I was dissatisfied as I usually order it with Swiss cheese and mushrooms, the prime rib sandwich. Taste so much better that way.

My biggest complaint is that the payment slip I got from the waitress said my total was $12.27. However when I went to go to the cashier and pay I was charged $33. 22. I didn't realize it until after I had left the restaurant though.

I went in to buy a Chocolate Silk pie to be told that flavor had been discontinued and was not to be available in the future. Since that is the favorite an alternative was purchased but a future visit is not planned at this time.

When it came to pay my bill, I had given the cashier coupons, she didn't knowledge at first. Ran up the bill and then I asked if she redeemed my coupon, told me it was too late, she then found the manager that night, manager couldn't not change anything, didn't make the effort to correct the problem. Any time I have coupons I always make sure that the cashier and waitress is aware of them but neither one of them care and plus they were extremely short handed that night I came in with guest out of town. I will come back but maybe a different time or day.

The sandwich was not as flavorable as I wanted it to be. I ordered a cuban sandwich and the pork was dry. Other then that everyone was friendly and knew the menu.

It seems like for all the hype of this Shari's Restaurant that it's just another plane basic restaurant like everything else it just shows a little bit different food

My server only came by to deliver my food and to drop off the check. She didn't check by at all to refill drinks and the gal who greeted me and say me was the one who actually took my order. I didn't get to place my order for over 20 minutes.
