Shari's

Free pie Wednesday, and we were only offered to buy pie for tomorrow(Thanksgiving day). We seen and heard the waitress offer the free pie to everyone except us. We felt very disrespected. When I expressed it to the lady who took our payment we were only given excuses and when I explained 3-4times that we seen and heard her offer pie to everyone except us is when she offered us pie. I declined because of the only reason we got offered pie is because I spoke up. To say the least we may not be a returning customer and will be sharing our experience with others.

The waitress, Joni, has a completely deplorable attitude. The food was either over cooked or cold. When asked about the pie menu, had to repeat the request. Joni also need to learn to smile once in a while to customers, not just when talking with other staff. She also has to slow down when talking. There were seven tables being used in the entire restaurant and three waitresses. There was no need to rush. Please do NOT close this restaurant. We need to know where this cook and waitress are so we can avoid it easier.

Our food was cold. My husband and I ordered the eggs Benedict and stuffed hashbrowns. The eggs were over cooked and hashbrowns were barely warm at best. Our server didn't check on us so I could convey this to her. When she brought our check she only asked if we wanted dessert not how everything was. She failed to bring my husband his milk and upon paying our bill realized she never entered it with our order to begin with. I have not eaten at Shari's for many years and after this experience I will hesitate to do so in the future. My son ordered a skillet meal and ordered his eggs over medium and his eggs were over cooked as well. The wait to order and time for our meal to arrive was too lengthy and unacceptable even for a busy Sunday morning.

so bad! It was the only place open at 4 am. eating there was a huge mistake! how in the world do you ruin toast? the food was flavorless, bland, and just plain gross!

The server was standing around. She was not checking on us. The service was extremely slow. It took 10 minutes or longer to bring us a shake. The restaurant was not busy. She brought us our check long after we had finished eating. We were never offered desert. This was a horrible experience. Worst service we've ever had at sharis. It took over an hour for lunch. The food was good and hot. That was the only good thing.
