When ordering a breakfast special, I was informed it would be $1 more since it was after 9a.m. Breakfast is one of the cheaper items to fix and to put a deadline of 9a.m. on the lower price is ridiculous. I had been to a doctor appt. and had had to fast and I was hungry and in a hurry. Frustrating to be told "That will be $1 more since it is after 9a.m. Highly unlikely to go back again but may just to get a free item.

The temperature of the room was very cold. Even the waitress commented on how cold it was. We moved from original seat and it was still cold. Coffee was not hot. When food arrived it was barely warm. I sent it back and the second portion was a little better. Bacon was tough and not warm.

Our server was rude and very short. She never came to refill my drink until we were leaving and she offered one to go.. whatever. I paid $30 for breakfast. $30.56 ... you are terrorists. Id say you couldnt give me a meal there and believe me, bad news spreads a lot faster than good news. So thanks for the rip off

Portions were very small. Baked potato was probably cooked hours before serving, had a very thick crust of black around the outside. Meal was not presented all at one time. Portions of dinner plate were brought to table at different time.

Attitude of the server. Food was cold. Did not receive the whole order and had to ask for it.

I placed my lunch order at 3:00, not a rush hour by any means. I showed up to pick my order exactly on time and was greeted VERY rudely by the waitress at the counter. She barked questions at me, which I politely answered, even though she did not deserve my patience with her obnoxious behavior. She became angry with the cook staff that my order was not prepared correctly and then did not take the time to be sure of the correctness of the order. She apologized for the delay in receiving my order by blaming the cook staff. After I returned home, I found my order to be incomplete - lacking the salad from the lunch trio I ordered. During my visit, 2 customers came in after me and were commenting to me and another waitress about the rudeness of this employee. It may have been a bad day for her, but she did not need to spread it around. I go to Shari's for an enjoyable, peaceful experience, not to have my feelings hurt and cheated out of my order.

I ordered a steak medium which came out of the kitchen black on one side and well done. The waitress replaced the steak which took about 10 minutes and the second steak was still charred and very small. The waitress was not apologetic and very quiet.

THE CASHIER ALWAYS FORGOT MY POINTS!!! & THAT CAUSES THE LINE OF PEOPLE TO EAT & TO PAY THEIR BILLS MORE LONGER... U FEEL ME?? & SHOWING ATTITUDE & THIS TIME THE CASHIER WANTS ME TO GO BACK IN THE SHARIS TO RE ENTER THE POINTS?????IM NOT GONNA SPEND MY WHOLE DAY IN SHARIS JUST TO GET MY POINTS!, THIS IS FRUSTRATING FOR ME

I went to log in to do work on my kindle. It took me to a reward card. I asked my waitress about it. She said she would get it after the meal. After waiting quite a bit long for my drink then my food she forgot my side order until I was almost done. It was pi day so I wanted a piece of pie( my reason for coming) she never asked me if I wanted one. Meanwhile every table seated after me got the offer. Finally I was ready to go. She took my ticket and card, and also the people who came 15 minutes after me. Guess who got the reward card AND pie? The people who came after me. I was shaking my head and still ripped reagan for her horrible service.

The menu is terrible you took out most of the signature items. The choices were cut by 75% we were very unsatosfied with the new changes we will not be eating here ever again.
